Abstract
Description
도 2a는 본 발명의 합성예에 의하여 제조된 펩타이드(서열1; 펩타이드-1, 서열2; 펩타이드-2, 서열3; 펩타이드-3, 서열4; 펩타이드-4)를 처리한 각질세포의 세포성장 촉진 효과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 2b는 본 발명의 합성예에 의하여 제조된 펩타이드(서열1; 펩타이드-1, 서열2; 펩타이드-2, 서열3; 펩타이드-3, 서열4:펩타이드-4)를 처리한 섬유아세포의 세포성장 촉진 효과를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 2c는 본 발명의 합성예에 의하여 제조된 펩타이드(서열1; 펩타이드-1, 서열2; 펩타이드-2, 서열3; 펩타이드-3, 서열4; 펩타이드-4)를 처리한 모낭세포의 세포성장 촉진 효과를 나타낸 그래프이다.

도 5a는 본 발명의 펩타이드(서열1; 펩타이드-1, 서열2; 펩타이드-2, 서열3; 펩타이드-3, 서열4; 펩타이드-4)에 의해 β-카테닌의 활성이 증가되는 것을 확인한 데이터이다.
도 5b는 본 발명의 펩타이드(서열1; 펩타이드-1, 서열2; 펩타이드-2, 서열3; 펩타이드-3, 서열4; 펩타이드-4)에 의해 활성화된 β-카테닌이 WNT억제제인 DKK-1 및 탈모유전자가 존재하였을 때에도 발현양을 나타낸 웨스턴 블롯팅 데이터이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 펩타이드(서열1; 펩타이드-1, 서열2; 펩타이드-2, 서열3; 펩타이드-3, 서열4; 펩타이드-4)에 의한 전사인자인 LEF-1의 활성을 나타낸 데이터이다.
도 7a는 본 발명의 펩타이드(서열1; 펩타이드-1, 서열2; 펩타이드-2, 서열3; 펩타이드-3, 서열4; 펩타이드-4)의 처리시간에 따른 파이브로넥틴의 발현이 증가됨을 보여주는 그래프이다.
도 7b는 본 발명의 펩타이드(서열1; 펩타이드-1, 서열2; 펩타이드-2, 서열3; 펩타이드-3, 서열4; 펩타이드-4)에 의해 DKK-1 인 WNT 억제제 및 탈모유전자가 존재하였을 때에도 파이브로넥틴의 발현이 증가됨을 보여주는 그래프이다.
도 7c는 본 발명의 펩타이드(서열1; 펩타이드-1, 서열2; 펩타이드-2, 서열3; 펩타이드-3, 서열4; 펩타이드-4)를 세포에 처리하였을 때 면역염색 화학법을 통하여 펩타이드가 세포에 존재함을 보여 주는 사진이다.
도 8는 본 발명의 펩타이드(서열1; 펩타이드-1, 서열2; 펩타이드-2, 서열3; 펩타이드-3, 서열4; 펩타이드-4)를 처리한 마우스 등 피부의 모발성장 효과이다.

Claims (15)
- 서열목록 제1서열, 제2서열, 제3서열 및 제4서열에 기재된 아미노산 서열로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 WNT 단백질의 활성을 나타내는 펩타이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펩타이드의 N-말단은 아세틸기, 플루오레닐 메톡시 카르보닐기, 포르밀기, 팔미토일기, 미리스틸기, 스테아릴기 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜(PEG)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 보호기가 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 펩타이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펩타이드는 인간 WNT 단백질 에서 유래된 것을 특징으로 하는 펩타이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펩타이드는 섬유아세포, 각질세포 또는 모낭세포의 성장 촉진능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 펩타이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펩타이드는 베타-카테닌 시그널을 촉진 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 펩타이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펩타이드는 탈모에 관여하는 DKK-1(Dickkopf-1) 단백질 존재 하에서도 베타-카테닌 시그널을 촉진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 펩타이드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펩타이드는 WNT의 타겟 단백질이며, 모발 성장에 중요한 단백질인 파이브로넥틴의 발현을 촉진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 펩타이드.
- 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 포함하는 발모 촉진 및 모발 생성 개선용 조성물.
- 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 포함하는 탈모 방지 개선용 조성물.
- 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부상태(skin conditions) 개선용 화장품 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 피부 상태의 개선은 주름개선, 피부탄력 개선, 피부노화 방지, 피부보습 개선, 상처제거 또는 피부재생인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
