Claims (6)
- 자동차용 촉매의 제조방법에 있어서,촉매 제조용 담체 및 고귀금속 워시코트 용액을 준비하는 단계;상기 담체의 출구부(가스 진행방향 기준)에 모세관현상 최소화용 마개를 설치하여 공기의 유입을 차단하는 단계;상기 담체의 입구부를 고귀금속 워시코트 용액에 일정 시간동안 일정 깊이로 담지하여 극소 구배코팅하는 단계;상기 담체를 거꾸로 세운 후 담체의 출구부에 설치된 마개를 탈거하는 단계; 및상기 담체의 출구부를 저귀금속 워시코트 용액에 담지한 후 흡입기를 이용하여 워시코트가 담체에 흡입되어 존코팅하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 극소 구배코팅을 이용한 자동차용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 극소 구배코팅한 후 존코팅 전에 극소 구배코팅한 촉매를 일정 온도에서 일정시간동안 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극소 구배코팅을 이용한 자동차용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 극소 구배코팅하는 단계에서 담체는 2 ~ 5초 동안 담지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 극소 구배코팅을 이용한 자동차용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 고귀금속 워시코트 용액은 균일코팅에 사용되는 귀금속농도가 2g/L 라면 고농도 귀금속 3 ~ 10g/L을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극소 구배코팅을 이용한 자동차용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 저귀금속 워시코트 용액은 균일코팅에 사용되는 귀금속농도가 2g/L 라면 고농도 귀금속 0.5 ~ 1.5g/L을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 극소 구배코팅을 이용한 자동차용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 모세관현상 최소화용 마개는 테이프 또는 다수의 돌기가 형성된 고무마개인 것을 특징으로 하는 극소 구배코팅을 이용한 자동차용 촉매의 제조방법.
