Claims (60)
- 펌핑 장치로 유체를 도입하는 단계,분배 사이클을 실시하기 위해 밸브 시퀀스에 따라 펌핑 장치의 밸브의 시스템을 작동하는 단계로서, 상기 밸브의 시스템은,공급 챔버에 연결된 입구 밸브,공급 챔버와 필터 사이의 아이솔레이션 밸브,필터 및 펌핑 장치의 외부 영역에 연결되어 있는 배기 밸브,필터와 분배 챔버 사이의 배리어 밸브, 및분배 챔버 및 펌핑 장치의 외부 영역에 연결되어 있는 퍼지 밸브를 포함하는 것인 단계와,펌핑 장치로부터 유체를 분배하는 단계를 포함하는 밸브 시퀀싱 방법으로서,상기 밸브 시퀀스는 펌핑 장치를 통과하는 유동 경로가 폐쇄되는 시간을 최소화하도록 구성되며, 상기 밸브 시퀀스는 한 번에 하나의 밸브를 작동하도록 구성되고, 상기 밸브 시퀀스는 밸브의 시스템에 있어서 밸브들의 작동 사이에 지연을 포함하는 것인 밸브 시퀀싱 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배 사이클은 배기 구간을 포함하며, 배기 구간 동안 밸브의 시스템을 작동하는 단계는 아이솔레이션 밸브를 개방한 다음 배리어 밸브를 개방한 후 입구 밸브를 폐쇄하고나서 배기 밸브를 개방하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 밸브 시퀀싱 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유체를 여과하기 위해 충전 모터 및 분배 모터를 작동하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 충전 모터 및 분배 모터는 입구 밸브를 폐쇄한 후 배기 밸브를 개방하기 전에 작동되는 것인 밸브 시퀀싱 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 배기 구간 후에 배리어 밸브를 폐쇄한 다음 아이솔레이션 밸브를 폐쇄한 후 배기 밸브를 폐쇄하는 단계를 더 포함하는 밸브 시퀀싱 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 배기 밸브를 개방한 후 배기 밸브를 폐쇄하기 전에 충전 모터를 작동하는 단계를 더 포함하는 밸브 시퀀싱 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분배 사이클은 퍼지 구간을 포함하며, 퍼지 구간 동안 밸브의 시스템을 작동하는 단계는 입구 밸브를 개방한 다음 퍼지 밸브를 개방하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 밸브 시퀀싱 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 퍼지 구간 후에 퍼지 밸브를 폐쇄한 다음 입구 밸브를 폐쇄하는 단계를 더 포함하는 밸브 시퀀싱 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 퍼지 구간 중에 퍼지 밸브를 개방한 후 퍼지 밸브를 폐쇄하기 전에 분배 모터를 작동하는 단계를 더 포함하는 밸브 시퀀싱 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브의 시스템은 출구 밸브를 포함하고, 상기 분배 사이클은 충전 구간 및 분배 구간을 포함하며, 충전 구간 및 분배 구간 동안 밸브의 시스템을 작동하는 단계는 입구 밸브를 개방한 후 출구 밸브를 개방하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 밸브 시퀀싱 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 분배 구간 후에 출구 밸브를 폐쇄하는 단계를 더 포함하는 밸브 시퀀싱 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 입구 밸브를 개방한 후 충전 모터를 작동하는 단계 및 출구 밸브를 폐쇄하기 전에 분배 모터를 작동하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 밸브 시퀀싱 방법.
- 공급 챔버, 분배 챔버, 및 펌핑 장치를 통과하는 유체의 유동을 조절하도록 작동 가능한 밸브의 시스템을 포함하는 펌핑 장치로서, 상기 밸브의 시스템은,공급 챔버에 연결된 입구 밸브,공급 챔버와 필터 사이의 아이솔레이션 밸브,필터 및 펌핑 장치의 외부 영역에 연결된 배기 밸브,필터 및 분배 챔버 사이의 배리어 밸브, 및분배 챔버 및 펌핑 장치의 외부 영역에 연결된 퍼지 밸브를 포함하는 것인 펌핑 장치와,펌핑 장치에 대해 분배 사이클을 실시하도록 구성된 제어기를 포함하는 밸브 시퀀싱 장치로서,상기 분배 사이클을 실시하는 것은 펌핑 장치로부터 유체를 분배하기 위해 밸브 시퀀스에 따라 밸브의 시스템의 개폐를 조절하는 것을 포함하고, 상기 밸브 시퀀스는 펌핑 장치를 통과하는 유체 유동 경로가 폐쇄되는 시간을 최소화하도록 구성되며, 상기 밸브 시퀀스는 한 번에 하나의 밸브를 작동하도록 구성되고, 상기 밸브 시퀀스는 밸브의 시스템에 있는 밸브들의 작동 사이에 지연을 포함하는 것인 밸브 시퀀싱 장치.
