도 2는 본 발명 아스팔트계 방수제가 실제로 사용되는 형태를 보여주는 사용상태도이다.

Claims (5)
- ⅰ) 아스팔트 콤파운드; ⅱ) 프로세스 오일; ⅲ) 천연고무; ⅳ) SBS 합성고무(styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer); 및 ⅴ) 황산나트륨 또는 탄산나트륨;을 혼합한 후 분사건조시켜 건조물을 제조한 후,
상기 건조물을 ① 부틸고무; ② 프로세스 오일; ③ 구마론 수지; ④ 폴리부텐; ⑤ 아스팔트 실란트; 및 ⑥ 황산나트륨 또는 탄산나트륨;을 혼합한 혼합물에 첨가하여 접착제를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기에서 제조한 접착제에 실리콘박리지를 부착하고, 부직포와 합지한 후, 건조시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 건조물은,
아스팔트 콤파운드, 프로세스 오일을 혼합한 후, 가열하면서 믹싱하여 믹싱물1을 제조하는 단계1;
상기 믹싱물1에 천연고무, SBS 합성고무를 추가로 첨가하여 가열하면서 믹싱하여 믹싱물2를 제조하는 단계2;
상기 믹싱물2에 황산나트륨 또는 탄산나트륨을 추가로 혼합한 후, 분사건조시킴으로써 건조물을 수득하는 단계3;으로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 건조물은,
ⅰ) 아스팔트 콤파운드 76%; ⅱ) 프로세스 오일 2%; ⅲ) 천연고무 5%; ⅳ) SBS 합성고무 10%; 및 ⅴ) 황산나트륨 또는 탄산나트륨을 7%;를 혼합하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 방수제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물은,
예비 가열한 교반기에 부틸고무, 프로세스 오일, 구마론 수지, 폴리부텐, 아스팔트 실란트를 혼합한 후, 가열하면서 믹싱하여 믹싱물a를 제조하는 단계a;
상기 믹싱물a에 황산나트륨 또는 탄산나트륨을 추가로 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계b;로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방수제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물은,
① 부틸고무 72%; ② 프로세스 오일 3%; ③ 구마론 수지 10%; ④ 폴리부텐 5%; ⑤ 아스팔트실란트 3%; 및 ⑥ 황산나트륨 또는 탄산나트륨 7%;를 혼합하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 방수제의 제조방법.
