Abstract
본 발명에 의하면, ED 램프 등을 채용한 헤드 라이트의 하우징 내부에, 일단은 삽입되게 설치하면서 타단은 엔진룸 내부에 위치되도록 다단의 열전모듈을 장착함으로써, 열전냉각에 의해 헤드 라이트의 내부 온도보다 낮게 한 콜드블록 표면에 습기가 맺히게 하므로 헤드 라이트의 내부를 제습할 수 있고, 공기 접촉 면적의 확장을 위해 이격 배치된 다수개의 핀이 형성되도록 콜드블록을 구비하여 제습률을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.

도 2는 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 의한 헤드 라이트의 제습용 내부 쿨링 장치를 도시한 분해 사시도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 의한 헤드 라이트의 제습용 내부 쿨링 장치를 도시한 측단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 의한 헤드 라이트의 제습용 내부 쿨링 장치가 헤드 라이트의 하우징에 장착된 상태를 나타낸 도시한 사시도이다.

Claims (5)
- 금속, 비금속, 합성수지 중 하나의 열전달성 재질로 구비되며, 공기 접촉에 의한 열교환 면적을 넓게 하기 위해 상부에 얇게 가공한 직립 핀이 다수 배열되는 콜드블록;
상기 콜드블록의 저면에 2단 이상으로 적층되게 배치되되, 열 흡열면인 상부 열전모듈의 상단을 헤드 라이트 내에 위치시키고 열 방열면인 하부 열전모듈의 하단을 엔진룸 내부에 위치시켜 전원 인가시 상기 헤드 라이트의 내부 온도보다 낮게 한 상기 콜드블록 표면에 상기 헤드 라이트의 내부 습기가 맺히도록 열전냉각시키는 열전모듈;
상기 하부 열전모듈의 저면에 구비되어 상기 열전모듈의 발생열을 방열시키는 방열부;
상기 헤드 라이트의 내부와 엔진룸의 내부에 각각 설치되어 각각의 온도를 감지하는 센서; 및
상기 센서에 의해 검출되는 상기 헤드 라이트의 내부 온도와 상기 엔진룸의 내부 온도에 대한 차이값에 따라 상기 열전모듈의 단수 별 작동 정도를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하고,
상기 콜드블록과 상부 열전모듈의 상단은 상기 헤드 라이트의 내부에 위치되도록 장착되고, 하부 열전모듈의 하단과 상기 방열부는 엔진룸 내부에 위치되도록 장착되며,
상기 콜드블록에 맺히는 물기는 상기 헤드 라이트에 형성된 배출 홀을 통해 외부로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 라이트의 제습용 내부 쿨링 장치. - 삭제
