Claims (22)
- 플라스틱 재료 (60) 와는 다른 재료로 만들어진 인서트 (16, 40, 50) 를 가지는 테스트 스트립의 평가를 위한 신속 진단기기 (1) 의 제조 방법으로서,(a) 사출 몰드 (30, 31, 32) 의 캐비티 (33) 에 인서트 (16, 40, 50) 를 도입 및 위치시키고, 상기 인서트 (16, 40, 50) 는 부서질 수 있는 재료로 만들어지고, 상기 인서트 (16, 40, 50) 에 미리 댐핑층 (53) 이 제공되는 단계와,(b) 사출 몰드 (30, 31, 32) 에 대한 클램핑 기구 (34) 의 클램핑력을 인서트 (16, 40, 50) 의 재료에 따라 정해진 최대힘으로 설정하는 단계 및,(c) 사출 몰드 (30, 31, 32) 내에서 플라스틱 사출 성형품 (2) 의 플라스틱 재료 (60) 로 부분적으로 또는 완전히 이음새 없이 인서트 (16, 40, 50) 를 봉합하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 댐핑층 (53) 은 필름 또는 래커의 형태로 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 사출 몰드 (30) 의 반몰드 (31, 32) 중의 하나를 향하여 적어도 일면 (51, 52) 에서 인서트 (16, 40, 50) 에 댐핑층 (53) 을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 인서트 (16, 40, 50) 의 전체 표면에 댐핑층 (53) 을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 인서트 (16, 40, 50) 의 일부 영역에만 댐핑층 (53) 을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유리로 만들어진 부품이 인서트 (40) 로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 및 제 7 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 하나에 기재된 방법에 따라 제조되는 하우징체를 가지며 테스트 스트립을 평가하기 위한 신속 진단 기기로서,가열 요소로서 작용하는 인서트 (16) 는 플라스틱재 (60) 로 만들어진 하우징체 (2) 내부의 시스템 중요 부위 (15) 내에 무이음새 내장됨 (17) 을 특징으로 하는 신속 진단 기기.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 가열 요소로서 기능하는 인서트 (16) 는 하우징체 (2) 의 적어도 일부와 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신속 진단 기기.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 가열 요소로서 기능하는 인서트 (16) 는 하우징체 (2) 의 상기 부분에 형상 끼워 맞춤으로 수용됨을 특징으로 하는 신속 진단 기기.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 인서트 (16) 는 세라믹 또는 금속 재료로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 신속 진단 기기.
