(여기서, M은 Ti, Zr, V, Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Al, Mg, Ca 및 Li로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속 이온이고, O는 산소이고, X는 OH-, F-, Cl-, Br-, NO3 -, BF4-, PF6 -, I-, SO4 2 -, HCO3 - 및rnCOO-(Rn 은 C1-C6 알킬기)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 음이온 리간드이고, L은 카르복실기(-COOH), 카르복실산 음이온기(-COO?), 아민기(-NH2) 및 이미노기(-NH), 니트로기(-NO2), 히드록시기(-OH), 할로겐기(-X) 및 슬폰산기(-SO3H)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 유기 리간드이고, a는 1 내지 12의 수, b는 0 내지 6의 수, c는 0 내지 12의 수 및 d는 1 내지 12의 수이다).
Description
도 2는 CuBTC 분말, 구형 복합체, 펠렛의 -196℃에서 측정한 질소 물리흡착 등온선의 그래프를 나타낸다.
도 3은 MIL-88(Fe)의 분말 및 구형 복합체의 X-회절 (XRD) 분석 결과를 나타낸다.

Claims (12)
- 금속 이온, 또는 산소가 결합된 금속 이온 클러스터(Cluster)와 유기 리간드, 또는 유기 리간드 및 음이온 리간드가 배위된 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 하나 이상의 결정성 하이브리드 나노세공체 분말; 및 하나 이상의 유기 고분자 첨가제, 또는 하나 이상의 유기 고분자 첨가제 및 무기물 첨가제를 포함하는 복합체로서,
복합체의 모양이 구형(Spherical) 또는 유사구형(Pseudo-Spherical)이고, 복합체의 크기가 0.1 내지 100mm이고, 복합체 내 10nm 이하의 크기를 가진 나노세공의 총 부피와 0.1㎛ 이상의 크기를 가진 공극의 총 부피의 합을 기준으로 공극의 총 부피가 5 부피% 이상이며, 복합체의 중량 당 비표면적 값(m2/g)이 나노세공체 분말의 중량 당 비표면적 값(m2/g)의 83% 이상인 복합체:

(여기서, M은 Ti, Zr, V, Cr, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Al, Mg, Ca 및 Li로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속 이온이고, O는 산소이고, X는 OH-, F-, Cl-, Br-, NO3 -, BF4-, PF6 -, I-, SO4 2-, HCO3 - 및 RnCOO-(Rn 은 C1-C6 알킬기)로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 음이온 리간드이고, L은 카르복실기(-COOH), 카르복실산 음이온기(-COO-), 아민기(-NH2) 및 이미노기(-NH), 니트로기(-NO2), 히드록시기(-OH), 할로겐기(-X) 및 슬폰산기(-SO3H)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 유기 리간드이고, a는 1 내지 12의 수, b는 0 내지 6의 수, c는 0 내지 12의 수 및 d는 1 내지 12의 수이다). - 제 1 항에 있어서,
X-선 회절분석을 통해 측정된 복합체의 결정성 값이 복합체에 함유된 결정성 하이브리드 나노세공체 분말의 결정성 값의 70% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
유기 고분자 첨가제, 또는 유기 고분자 첨가제 및 무기물 첨가제가 나노세공체 분말의 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 15중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
유기 고분자 첨가제가 열가소성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
무기물 첨가제가 실리카, 알루미나, 금속알콕사이드 및 금속할라이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
20 내지 150℃의 열, 마이크로파 또는 초음파에 의해 제거되는 공극제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
기능성 보조 지지제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항의 복합체를 포함하는 물품으로서, 상기 물품이 촉매, 촉매 지지체, 흡수제, 흡착제, 분리 회수용 소재, 수분 제거/제습/건조를 위한 수분 제어제, 기체 또는 액체의 흡탈착시 발생하는 열을 저장하거나 전달하는 히트 펌프, 기체 및 액체의 저장제, 이온 교환제, 크로마토그래피용 소재, 물질의 저장 및 담수 생산용 재료로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 물품.
- 금속 이온, 또는 산소가 결합된 금속 이온 클러스터와, 유기 리간드, 또는 유기 리간드 및 음이온 리간드를 배위시켜 결정성 하이브리드 나노세공체 분말(Powder)을 합성하는 단계,
합성된 결정성 하이브리드 나노세공체 분말; 유기 고분자 첨가제, 또는 유기 고분자 첨가제 및 무기물 첨가제; 및 용매를 혼합 및 교반하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계,
제조된 혼합물을 기계적으로 분쇄하여 0.1 내지 100mm 의 크기를 가진 뭉쳐진 분말 덩어리(Powder Lump)를 제조하는 단계,
제조된 분말 덩어리를 회전 운동시켜 구형 또는 유사구형으로 성형하는 단계, 및
성형된 분말 덩어리를 300℃ 이하에서 열 처리, 마이크로파 처리 또는 초음파 처리하여 성형된 분말 덩어리 내에 포함된 용매를 제거시키는 단계
를 포함하는 복합체 제조방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
용매가 결정성 하이브리드 나노세공체 분말의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 300중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체 제조방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
용매가 물, 유기 용매 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체 제조방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
혼합물에 함유되는 용매의 중량을 조절하여 제조되는 분말 덩어리의 크기를 제어하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체 제조방법.
