Claims (2)
- 열처리를 요하는 피치랙 가이드(1)를 안치부재(10)에 안치시키는 안치단계;
상기 안치부재(10)에 탑재된 상기 피치랙 가이드(1)의 임의적인 이동을 방지하며, 측면으로 이동되어 상기 피치랙 가이드(1)의 측면을 접촉 가압하는 지그부재(20)로 상기 피치랙 가이드(1)의 위치를 고정시키는 위치고정단계;
상기 안치부재(10)에 안치된 피치랙 가이드의 상면에 열을 제공하며, 고주파를 이용하여 열을 제공하는 고주파 유도 가열부재(30)로 열처리를 행하는 열처리단계; 및
상기 고주파 유도 가열부재(30)의 인근에 위치되며, 유체를 방출하여 상기 고주파 유도 가열부재(30)에 의해서 열을 제공받은 상기 피치랙 가이드(1)의 상면을 수냉시키는 냉각부재(40)를 이용하여 냉각시키는 냉각단계;를 포함하되,
상기 피치랙 가이드의 측면 형상에 대응하는 형상을 갖는 직선형 지그 부재(20)가 상기 피치랙 가이드(1)를 안치부재에 형성된 직선형 고정바 쪽으로 밀어서 상기 피치랙 가이드(1)의 양쪽 측면을 압착시킴으로써, 상기 열처리 단계에서의 상기 피치랙 가이드(1)의 치수변형을 최소화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피치랙 가이드 고주파열처리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 고주파 유도 가열부재(30)의 경화 깊이는 0.1 내지 3.5 mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 피치랙 가이드 고주파열처리 방법.
