Claims (11)
- 산가 580 mgKOH/g 이상의 양에 상당하는 카르복실기를 갖는 수지의 적어도 산가 330 mgKOH/g의 양에 상당하는 카르복실기가 이온 가교되어 있는 가스 배리어재로서,상기 수지가, 카르복실기 함유 비닐 단량체(A)와, 그 자체끼리 또는 카르복실기와 반응 가능한 알데히드기 또는 글리시딜기 작용기를 갖는 비닐 단량체(B)를 필수 성분으로 하는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 배리어재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카르복실기가 다가 금속 이온에 의해 가교되어 있는 것인 가스 배리어재.

- 산가 580 mgKOH/g 이상의 양에 상당하는 카르복실기를 갖는 수지의 적어도 산가 330 mgKOH/g의 양에 상당하는 카르복실기가 이온 가교되어 있는 가스 배리어재로서,상기 수지가, 카르복실기 함유 중합체(C)와, 질소와의 사이에 이중 결합을 형성하는 탄소에 에테르 결합이 형성되어, 이 에테르 결합 중의 산소를 포함하여 이루어지는 고리 구조(d)를 2개 함유하는 화합물(D)을 포함하고, 상기 카르복실기 함유 중합체(C)의 카르복실기와 상기 화합물(D)의 고리 구조(d)가 반응함으로써 가교 구조가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 배리어재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 화합물(D)에 포함되는 고리 구조(d)의 적어도 1개가 옥사졸린기 또는 그 유도체인 것인 가스 배리어재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 화합물(D)이 2,2'-비스(2-옥사졸린)인 것인 가스 배리어재.
- 산가가 580 mgKOH/g 이상의 양에 상당하는 카르복실기를 갖는 수지로 이루어지는 가스 배리어성 전구체를, 다가 금속 화합물을 금속 원자 환산으로 90 내지 2000 mmol/L의 양으로 함유하는 pH 10 내지 13의 물로, 35℃ 이상의 온도에서 10초 이하 시간 동안 처리함으로써, 적어도 산가 330 mgKOH/g의 양에 상당하는 미반응 카르복실기 사이에 금속 이온 가교 구조를 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 배리어재의 제조 방법으로서,상기 수지가, 카르복실기 함유 비닐 단량체(A)와, 그 자체끼리 또는 카르복실기와 반응 가능한 알데히드기 또는 글리시딜기 작용기를 갖는 비닐 단량체(B)를 필수 성분으로 하는 공중합체이거나,상기 수지가, 카르복실기 함유 중합체(C)와, 질소와의 사이에 이중 결합을 형성하는 탄소에 에테르 결합이 형성되어, 이 에테르 결합 중의 산소를 포함하여 이루어지는 고리 구조(d)를 2개 함유하는 화합물(D)을 포함하고, 상기 카르복실기 함유 중합체(C)의 카르복실기와 상기 화합물(D)의 고리 구조(d)가 반응함으로써 가교 구조가 형성되어 있는 것인 가스 배리어재의 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 처리가, 다가 금속 화합물을 함유하는 물속에 가스 배리어성 전구체를 침지하는 것인 가스 배리어재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 기재한 가스 배리어재로 이루어지는 층을, 플라스틱 기체(基體)의 표면 혹은 플라스틱 층간에 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장재.
