- 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열을 암호화하는 서열번호 2의 폴리뉴클레오티드를 숙주에 형질도입하여 제조한 고온, 건조 및 고염으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 환경 스트레스 내성을 보이는 형질전환체.
- 제 5항의 형질전환체의 자손 또는 클론인 식물체.
- 제 5항의 형질전환체의 종자, 열매, 이삭, 괴경, 괴근, 주, 캘러스 또는 원형질체.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 숙주는 미생물, 동물세포, 식물세포, 동물 또는 식물체 및 이들로부터 유래된 배양세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 형질전환체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 식물체는 단자엽 식물 또는 쌍자엽 식물인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체.
- 1) 제 5항의 폴리뉴클레오티드가 작동가능하게 연결된 발현벡터를 제조하는 단계;2) 단계 1)의 발현벡터를 숙주 식물세포에 도입하는 단계; 및3) 단계 2)의 형질전환된 식물 세포를 조직 배양하여 재분화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온, 건조 및 고염으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 환경 스트레스 내성 유도 유전자 형질전환체의 제조 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2)의 발현벡터를 숙주 식물세포에 도입하는 단계는 아그로박테리움 매개방법, 유전자 총(gene gun), PEG를 이용한 방법 및 전기천공법(electroporation)으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 스트레스 내성 유도 유전자 형질전환체의 제조 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 단계 2)의 식물 세포는 단자엽 식물 또는 쌍자엽 식물인 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 스트레스 내성 유도 유전자 형질전환체의 제조 방법.
