Claims (10)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가수분해제는 아세트산 : 물 : 아세토니트릴, 디옥산, 테트라히드로퓨란 또는 톨루엔 중에서 선택되는 유기용매가 10~95 : 5~90 : 0~70 중량%로 혼합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 하기 화학식 5의 에리트로 및 트레오 락톤의 에난티오머 혼합물에 3- 또는 5- 치환된 벤조일 화합물을 보호기로 도입하여 하기 화학식 6´ 화합물인 에리트로 및 트레오 락톤의 에난티오머 혼합물을 제조하고, 이를 에틸 아세테이트에 용해시킨 후, 이 용액을 0 내지 -5 ℃의 온도로 냉각시켜 침전된 에리트로 에난티오머를 수거하는 단계를 포함하여, 하기 화학식 6´ 화합물인 에리트로 및 트레오 락톤의 에난티오머 혼합물로부터 하기 화학식 6 화합물인 2-데옥시-2,2-디플루오로-3,5-비스-(치환벤조일옥시)-D-에리트로-펜토푸라이즈-1-울로즈를 98 % 이상의 순도로 선택적으로 분리시키는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 에틸 아세테이트중에 용해된 에난티오머 혼합물의 용액에 헥산 또는 헵탄을 더 가하여 헥산/에틸 아세테이트 또는 헵탄/에틸아세테이트 용매 혼합물을 제공하는 추가 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 8 화합물로부터 상기 화학식 9′화합물을 제조하는 반응온도가 60 ~ 160 ℃인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서 메탄올, 에탄올, 2-프로판올, 에틸아세테이트, 클로로포름, 메틸렌클로라이드을 사용하여 재결정하는 방법.
