Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 기재; 상기 기재에 유지된 세제용 유효성분 및 상기 세제용 유효성분이 분산되는 상전이성 매질을 포함하고,상기 상전이성 매질 100 중량부에 대한 세제용 유효성분의 함량은 40 중량부 이상 280 중량부 이하이며,그 표면이 고상으로 형성된 시트형 세제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기재가 수용성 또는 수불용성 기재인 시트형 세제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기재는 평량이 10 g/m2 내지 100 g/m2인 시트형 세제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기재는 천연 소재, 합성 소재 또는 반합성 소재의 직포, 부직포 또는 필름인 시트형 세제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기재는 두께가 0.01 mm 내지 10 mm인 시트형 세제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 세제용 유효성분은 5g/m2 이상의 양으로 포함되는 시트형 세제.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상전이성 매질이 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리알킬렌글리콜, 지방산, 지방산 알코올 및 왁스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 시트형 세제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하기 일반식 1의 조건을 만족하는 시트형 세제:[일반식 1]X ≤ 20%상기 일반식 1에서 X는 10cm×10cm의 크기로 재단된 상기 시트형 세제상에, 10cm×10cm 크기의 흡수지 5장을 포갠 후, 25℃의 온도에서 3.5 Kg의 하중을 3분 동안 인가하였을 때, 상기 시트형 세제로부터 흡수지로 전이되는 세제용 유효성분 의 전이율을 의미한다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하기 일반식 2의 조건을 만족하는 시트형 세제:[일반식 2]Y ≥ 50%상기 일반식 2에서 Y는 상기 시트형 세제를 0℃ 내지 25℃의 세탁수에 3분 동안 유지시켰을 때, 상기 시트형 세제로부터 세탁수로 탈리되는 세제용 유효성분의 탈리율을 나타낸다.
- 기재; 상기 기재의 표면 또는 내부에서 기재와 결착되어 있는 세제용 유효성분 및 상기 세제용 유효성분이 분산되는 상전이성 매질을 포함하며, 상기 상전이성 매질 100 중량부에 대한 세제용 유효성분의 함량은 40 중량부 이상 280 중량부 이하인 시트형 세제.
- 기재; 및 상기 기재상에 형성되고, 세제용 유효성분 및 상기 세제용 유효성분이 분산되는 상전이성 매질을 포함하는 유효성분층을 가지며, 상기 상전이성 매질 100 중량부에 대한 세제용 유효성분의 함량은 40 중량부 이상 280 중량부 이하인 시트형 세제.
- 기재; 상기 기재의 표면에 형성되고, 세제용 유효성분 및 상기 세제용 유효성분이 분산되는 상전이성 매질을 포함하는 결착층; 및 상기 결착층상에 형성되고, 세제용 유효성분 및 상기 세제용 유효성분이 분산되는 상전이성 매질을 포함하는 유효성분층을 가지며, 상기 상전이성 매질 100 중량부에 대한 세제용 유효성분의 함량은 40 중량부 이상 280 중량부 이하인 시트형 세제.
- 기재; 상기 기재의 양면에 형성되고, 세제용 유효성분 및 상기 세제용 유효성분이 분산되는 상전이성 매질을 포함하는 결착층; 및 상기 결착층상에 형성되고, 세제용 유효성분 및 상기 세제용 유효성분이 분산되는 상전이성 매질을 포함하는 유효성분층을 가지며, 상기 상전이성 매질 100 중량부에 대한 세제용 유효성분의 함량은 40 중량부 이상 280 중량부 이하인 시트형 세제.
- 제 1 항 내지 제6항 및 제8항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세제용 유효성분층의 탈리를 방지하기 위한 코팅층이 추가로 형성되어 있는 시트형 세제.
- 세제용 유효성분; 및 상기 세제용 유효성분이 분산되는 상전이성 매질을 포함하며, 상기 상전이성 매질 100 중량부에 대한 세제용 유효성분의 함량은 40 중량부 이상 280 중량부 이하인 세제 조성물.
- 삭제
- 하기 단계 (1) 내지 (9)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 단계를 거쳐 결착층 또는 유효성분층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하고, 하기 상온을 초과하는 융점을 가지는 분산용매 100 중량부에 대한 세제용 유효성분의 함량은 40 중량부 이상 280 중량부 이하인 시트형 세제의 제조 방법:(1) (a) 상온을 초과하는 융점을 가지는 분산용매를 액상화하는 단계, (b) 상기 액상화된 분산용매에 세제용 유효성분을 분산시켜 코팅액을 제조하는 단계 및 (c) 상기 코팅액을 기재에 도포 또는 침투시키고, 고상화하는 단계;(2) 세제용 유효성분을 침투성 매체에 분산시켜 코팅액을 제조하고, 제조된 코팅액을 기재에 도포 또는 침투시키는 단계;(3) (i) 중합 반응에 의해 고상으로 전환될 수 있는 액상 단량체에 세제용 유효성분을 분산시켜 코팅액을 제조하는 단계 및 (ii) 제조된 코팅액을 기재에 도포 또는 침투시키고, 중합시키는 단계;(4) 세제용 유효성분을 포함하는 액상 코팅액을 기재에 도포 또는 침투시키고, 겔화제를 첨가하여 겔화시키는 단계;(5) (가) 세제용 유효성분을 용제에 용해시켜 코팅액을 제조하는 단계 및 (나) 제조된 코팅액을 기재에 도포 또는 침투시키고, 용제를 증발시키는 단계;(6) ㉠ 섬유 가닥으로 구성된 기재에 세제용 유효성분을 도포 또는 침투시키는 단계, 및 ㉡ 기재를 구성하는 섬유 가닥을 융착시키는 단계;(7) ㉮ 세제용 유효성분을 바인더로 코팅하는 단계, 및 ㉯ 바인더로 코팅된 세제용 유효성분을 기재에 도포 또는 침투시키는 단계;(8) ㈀ 세제용 유효성분을 포함하는 액상 코팅액을 증점시키는 단계, 및 ㈁ 증점된 코팅액을 기재에 도포 또는 침투시키는 단계; 및(9) ① 중화에 의해 고화될 수 있는 미중화 매체에 세제용 유효성분을 분산시켜 코팅액을 제조하는 단계, ② 제조된 코팅액을 기재에 도포 또는 침투시키는 단계 및 ③ 기재에 도포 또는 침투된 코팅액에 중화제를 첨가하는 단계.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 결착층 또는 유효성분층 상에 코팅층을 형성하는 공정을 추가로 수행하는 방법.
