Claims (4)
- 방사형상으로 나열하여 배치된 복수의 고정 날개를 내림(rim)부와 외림부에서 일체로 연결하여 이루어진 구조의 반링형상의 고정 날개 집합체를 2개 맞대어 이루어진 링형상의 터보 분자 펌프 고정 날개로서,상기 터보 분자 펌프 고정 날개는,상기 고정 날개 집합체를 2개 맞댄 상태에서 상기 내림부 또는 상기 외림부에는 공극부가 형성되어 있고,상기 공극부는, 상기 고정 날개 집합체의 내림부 단부 또는 외림부 단부의 적어도 일단(一端)을, 이 고정 날개 집합체를 2개 맞대어 형성되는 맞댐 라인보다 둘레방향에 대하여 짧게 함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 분자 펌프 고정 날개.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 공극부는, 그 둘레 방향의 길이가 0.3㎜~0.7㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 분자 펌프 고정 날개.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 내림부 단부 또는 상기 외림부 단부는, 상기 내림부의 잘라 세움측 단부 또는 상기 외림부의 잘라 세움측 단부인 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 분자 펌프 고정 날개.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 터보 분자 펌프 고정 날개를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 펌프.
