Claims (12)
- 텍스타일 산업에서 가용성 심지로서 상부 패브릭에 라미네이팅 하는데 유용하며, 선택된 면적의 영역에서 바인더에 의해 결합되고 나머지 면적의 영역에서 결합되지 않은 파이버 웹으로 구성되는 배킹 층(backing ply)을 가지며, 상기 배킹 층은 적어도 한쪽 면의 적어도 일부에 열가소성 폴리머를 가지는 가용성 텍스타일 시트 소재에 있어서,
상기 가용성 텍스타일 시트 소재는:
a) 적층 장치에 파이버들로부터 파이버 웹을 제조하는 단계,
b) 바인더와 열가소성 폴리머의 혼합물을 상기 파이버 웹의 선택된 면적의 영역에 도포하는 도포 단계, 및
c) 파이버 웹의 파이버들을 건조하고, 바인더에 의해서 그리고 선택적으로 바인더를 교차결합시킴으로써 상기 파이버 웹의 파이버들을 결합시켜서 결합된 파이버 웹 부직포 패브릭을 형성시키도록, 그리고 상기 열가소성 폴리머를 상기 결합된 파이버 웹 부직포 패브릭의 표면 상에 소결시키도록 상기 단계(b)로부터 얻어진 상기 파이버 웹을 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의하여 얻어지고,
상기 열가소성 폴리머가 입자들의 형태로 존재하며, 상기 바인더가 상기 소재 안으로 깊게 침투하는 반면, 상기 입자들은 표면에 축적되고, 상기 입자들이 바인더 매트릭스에 결합되지만, 동시에 배킹 층의 표면의 상기 입자들의 자유 영역은 상부 패브릭에 대한 직접적인 접착 결합을 위해 이용될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성 텍스타일 시트 소재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 파이버 웹은 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 재생 셀루로오스 파이버들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 인조 파이버들, 양모나 면 파이버로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 천연 파이버들, 또는 상기 인조 파이버들과 상기 천연 파이버들 둘 모두를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성 텍스타일 시트 소재. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 인조 파이버들은 크림프를 부여할 수 있거나(crimpable), 크림프가 있거나(crimped), 크림프가 없는(uncrimped) 스테이플 파이버들, 및 크림프를 부여할 수 있거나, 크림프가 있거나 크림프가 없는 직접 방사 연속 필라멘트 파이버들 또는 유한한 파이버들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 파이버들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성 텍스타일 시트 소재. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 파이버들의 파이버 선형 밀도는 6.7 dtex 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성 텍스타일 시트 소재. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 폴리머는 폴리에스테르 기반의 폴리머들, 코폴리에스테르 기반의 폴리머들, 폴리아미드 기반의 폴리머들, 코폴리아미드 기반의 폴리머들, 폴리올레핀 기반의 폴리머들, 폴리우레탄 기반의 폴리머들, 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 기반의 폴리머들 또는 상기 폴리머들의 조합물들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성 텍스타일 시트 소재. - 삭제

- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 바인더는 아크릴레이트, 스티렌-아크릴레이트, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트, 부타디엔-아크릴레이트, SBR, NBR 또는 폴리우레탄 타입의 바인더들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성 텍스타일 시트 소재. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 폴리머와 바인더의 혼합물은 분산액의 형태로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성 텍스타일 시트 소재. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 분산액은 증점제, 분산제, 습윤제, 유동 조절제, 촉감 개선제 또는 충전제로부터 선택된 조제들을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성 텍스타일 시트 소재. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 분산액은 스크린 프린팅 공정에 의해 도포해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성 텍스타일 시트 소재. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
바인더와 열가소성 폴리머의 혼합물은 포인트들의 규칙적 또는 불규칙적으로 분포된 패턴으로 상기 배킹 층에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가용성 텍스타일 시트 소재.
