Claims (2)
- 천연수지를 이용한 녹제거 프라이머를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
인산 10~15 중량%, 실리카 10~14 중량%, 경수연화제 5~8 중량%, 스테아린산 2~8 중량%, 계면활성제 5~10 중량%, 소포제 2~5 중량%, 메틸알콜 5~8 중량%, 물 35~50 중량%로 이루어진 녹제거제를 제조하는 제1 단계;
아마인유 25~35 중량%, 동유 15~25 중량%, 송진 25~35 중량%, 대두 유 15~25 중량%를 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물을 교반기에 넣고 120~180℃의 온도에서 2~4시간 동안 가열하면서 혼합한 다음, 30~50℃의 온도에서 12~36시간 동안 숙성시켜 천연수지 조성물을 제조하는 제2 단계;
상기 제조된 녹제거제 45~60 중량%, 천연수지 조성물 15~30 중량%, 화산석숙성 물 15~30 중량%를 혼합 및 교반하여 녹제거 프라이머를 제조하는 제3 단계를 포함하고,
상기 제3 단계에서 사용하는 화산석숙성 물은 화산 폭발시 지상 1000 내지 5000m까지 상승한 다음 고체화된 화산석을 300 내지 500 메쉬 크기의 분말로 분쇄한 다음, 분쇄한 화산석 분말과 수돗물의 중량비를 1:2로 하여, 화산석 분말을 수돗물에 담근 상태에서 12 내지 36시간 동안 교반과 침전을 반복하여 숙성시켜 화산석 분말이 물속으로 용해되게 한 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 천연수지를 이용한 녹제거 프라이머를 제조하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 의해 제조된 천연수지를 이용한 녹제거 프라이머.
