Abstract
이러한 본 발명에 의한 서지보호기는 상용 전원이 연결되는 하나 이상의 전원입력단자(In)와 부하가 연결되는 부하연결단자(Out)사이의 전원공급라인 중간에 연결되고 두 개의 접점(S1, S2)를 구비한 스위칭수단과; 상기 스위칭수단을 통해 상기 전원공급라인과 접지단자(G) 사이에 병렬로 연결된 바리스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)
- 과전류 차단과 서지 전류를 흡수하는 차단기 일체형 서지보호기에 있어서,
상용 전원이 연결되는 하나 이상의 전원입력단자(In)와 부하가 연결되는 부하연결단자(Out)사이의 전원공급라인 중간에 연결되고 두 개의 접점(S1, S2)를 구비한 스위칭수단(1)과;
상기 스위칭수단(1)을 통해 상기 전원공급라인과 접지단자(G) 사이에 병렬로 연결된 바리스터(2);를 포함하여 구성되되;
상기 스위칭수단(1)은 상기 전원공급라인에 과전류가 흐를 때 내부 코어(13)를 자화시켜 두 접점이 분리되어 과전류를 차단하는 코어에 감긴 코일(12)과, 상기 전원공급라인에 과전류가 해소되면 다시 두 접점(S1, S2)를 접속시키는 리셋버튼(11)을 구비하며, 서지전류가 발생하면 서지전류가 바리스터(2)에 의해 흡수되도록 하며,
상기 코일(12)은 정상적인 전류가 흐를 경우에는 접점(S2)를 작동시킬 수 없을 정도의 자력을 발생시켜 두 접점(S1, S2)이 서로 접속되어 전원이 부하에 공급되며, 과전류가 흐르게 되면 코어가 자화되어 접점(S2)을 작동시켜 두 접점(S1, S2)이 분리되어 부하 및 바리스터(2)가 보호되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과전류차단기 기능을 구비한 서지보호기.
