Claims (5)
- 주제 및 경화제로 이루어진 2액형 아크릴계 구조용 접착제 조성물로서,
상기 주제는 메틸 메타크릴레이트; 메타크릴산 또는 아크릴산; N,N-비스(2-하이드록시에틸)-p-톨루이딘 또는 N,N-디메틸-p-톨루이딘; 1,4-나프타퀴논, 부틸벤질프탈레이트 및 메틸메타크릴레이트의 배합물 또는 부틸레이티드 하이드록시톨루엔, 부틸 벤질 프탈레이트 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 배합물; 인산 2-하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 에스테르; 클로로프렌 고무 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 배합물과; 불투명 메타크릴레이트-부타디엔-스티렌을 함유하고,
상기 경화제는 벤조일 퍼옥사이드; 에폭시 수지; 디프로필 글리콜 디벤조에이트와; 부타디엔계 충격 보강재를 함유하며,
상기 클로로프렌 고무 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 배합물은 상기 클로로프렌 고무 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 배합물의 총 중량을 기준으로 클로로프렌 고무 7 내지 23 중량% 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트 77 내지 93 중량%로 이루어지는 것인, 2액형 아크릴계 구조용 접착제 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 주제는
상기 2액형 아크릴계 구조용 접착제 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로
메틸 메타크릴레이트 15 내지 35 중량%,
메타크릴산 또는 아크릴산 3 내지 10 중량%,
N,N-비스(2-하이드록시에틸)-p-톨루이딘 또는 N,N-디메틸-p-톨루이딘 0.3 내지 1.2 중량%,
1,4-나프타퀴논, 부틸벤질프탈레이트 및 메틸메타크릴레이트의 배합물 또는 부틸레이티드 하이드록시톨루엔, 부틸 벤질 프탈레이트 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 배합물 0.01 내지 0.1 중량%,
인산 2-하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 에스테르 0.05 내지 0.5 중량%,
클로로프렌 고무 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 배합물 35 내지 70 중량%와,
불투명 메타크릴레이트-부타디엔-스티렌 5 내지 20 중량%를 함유하고,
상기 경화제는
상기 2액형 아크릴계 구조용 접착제 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로
벤조일 퍼옥사이드 3 내지 10 중량%,
에폭시 수지 1 내지 5 중량%,
디프로필 글리콜 디벤조에이트 1 내지 5 중량%와,
부타디엔계 충격 보강재 1 내지 5 중량%를 함유하는 것인,
2액형 아크릴계 구조용 접착제 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1,4-나프타퀴논, 부틸벤질프탈레이트 및 메틸메타크릴레이트의 배합물은 상기 1,4-나프타퀴논, 부틸벤질프탈레이트 및 메틸메타크릴레이트의 배합물의 총 중량을 기준으로 1,4-나프타퀴논 2 내지 10 중량%, 부틸벤질프탈레이트 2 내지 10 중량% 및 메틸메타크릴레이트 80 내지 96 중량%로 이루어지는 것인, 2액형 아크릴계 구조용 접착제 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부틸레이티드 하이드록시톨루엔, 부틸 벤질 프탈레이트 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 배합물은 상기 부틸레이티드 하이드록시톨루엔, 부틸 벤질 프탈레이트 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 배합물의 충 중량을 기준으로 부틸레이티드 하이드록시톨루엔 2 내지 10 중량%, 부틸 벤질 프탈레이트 2 내지 10 중량% 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트 80 내지 96 중량%로 이루어지는 것인, 2액형 아크릴계 구조용 접착제 조성물.
