Claims (8)
- 적어도 하나의 광원으로부터 빛이 입사되는 적어도 하나의 측면으로서의 입사면과, 입사된 빛의 굴절 또는 반사가 일어나는 하부면으로서의 배면과, 빛이 출사되는 상부면으로서의 출광면을 포함하는 광경로 제어 도광판에 있어서,도광판의 배면은, 광원의 길이 방향에 대해 가로 방향의 연속 형상을 갖는 볼록 또는 오목 형상부가 광원에서 멀어지는 방향으로 연속적으로 형성된 다수의 제1 영역과, 나머지 부분을 이루는 다수의 제2 영역으로 분할되어 있고,상기 제1 영역과 상기 제2 영역은 입사면에서 이에 대향하는 말단면에 이르기까지 연속적인 곡선형의 경계를 형성하며,상기 제1 영역이 배면을 점유하는 면적 분율은 입사면으로부터의 거리의 2차 이상의 함수로 제어된 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광경로 제어 도광판.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 배면은 입사면으로부터의 거리에 따라 2개 이상의 구역으로 나누어지고, 각 구역마다 상기 제1 영역의 면적 분율이 제어된 것을 특징으로 하는 광경로 제어 도광판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 영역의 연속 형상을 갖는 볼록 또는 오목 형상부는 입사면에 대향 하는 경사면을 구비하고,상기 경사면이 수평면과 이루는 각도는 75도 내지 86도인 것을 특징으로 하는 광경로 제어 도광판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 영역의 연속 형상을 갖는 볼록 또는 오목 형상부는 단면이 삼각형인 프리즘 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 광경로 제어 도광판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 영역에는 입사면에 수직인 연속 프리즘이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광경로 제어 도광판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 영역은 경면으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광경로 제어 도광판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 영역에는, 입사면에 수직인 연속 프리즘이 형성된 영역과 경면으로 이루어진 영역이 혼재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광경로 제어 도광판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 출광면에는, 입사면에 대하여 수직 방향의 연속 형상을 갖는 볼록 또는 오목 형상부가 형성되어 있는 것을 광경로 제어 도광판.
