Claims (11)
- - 금속성 모재로부터 성형 프로세스로 제조되고,- 한 측이 개방되어 있고 길이방향 축선 (2), 벽 (3) 및 저부 (4) 를 갖는 보울 (bowl) 로서 구성되고,- 림 (5) 에 의해 개방 단부면이 한정되어 있으며,- 저부 (4) 와 벽 (3) 사이의 천이 영역 (10) 에서, 벽 (3) 의 벽 두께 () 가 저부 (4) 를 향해 연속적으로 증가하여, 경사부 (12) 를 갖는 벽 (3) 이 저부 (4) 로 연결되어 있는 유압 브레이크용 피스톤에 있어서,- 저부 (4) 의 벽 두께 (Sb) 가 벽 (3) 의 최소 벽 두께 (Sw) 보다 더 두꺼우며,- 접경 표면 (A) 이 림 (5) 과 브레이크 라이닝 사이에 형성되고, 상기 접경 표면 (A) 은 벽 (3) 의 가장 얇은 지점에서의 단면적 (Q) 보다 더 넓게 구성되고,- 상기 경사부 (12) 와 상기 저부 (4) 사이에 둥근 부분 (13) 이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크용 피스톤.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 길이방향 축선 (2) 에 투사된 경사부 (12) 의 길이 (L) 가 저부 (4) 의 벽 두께 (Sb) 의 2 배보다 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크용 피스톤.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 경사부 (12) 는 피스톤 (1) 의 길이방향 축선 (2) 에 대해 1°보다 큰 각도 (α) 로 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크용 피스톤.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 둥근 부분 (13) 은 부분적으로 저부 (4) 의 재료의 리세스 (14) 로 구성되어 있어, 이 지점에서 저부 (4) 의 벽 두께 (Sr) 가 감소되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크용 피스톤.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 둥근 부분 (13) 은 반경 (R) 을 갖고, 이 반경 (R) 은 저부 (4) 의 벽 두께 (Sb) 보다 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크용 피스톤.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성형 프로세스의 결과, 저부 (4) 의 벽 두께 (Sb) 가 모재 (16) 의 두께 (S0) 의 1.1 배만큼 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크용 피스톤.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 저부 (4) 는 성형 프로세스의 결과 냉간 가공 경화 (cold working hardening) 되어, 모재 (16) 의 강도의 1.3 배의 강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크용 피스톤.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속성 모재는, 편평한 판금인 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크용 피스톤.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 유압 브레이크용 피스톤의 제조 방법에 있어서,- 디스크형 둥근 블랭크 (16) 를, 길이방향 축선 (2) 을 가지며 전방 단부가 볼록곡선형 저부 (4') 에 의해 폐쇄되어 있는 보울형 중공 실린더 (15) 로 성형하는 단계,- 업세팅 작업에 의해 볼록곡선형 저부 (4', 4") 가 편평하게 되고 저부 재료가 두꺼워져, 그 결과 이미 완성된 저부 (4) 의 벽 두께 (Sb) 가 모재 (16) 에 대해 1.1 배만큼 증가하도록, 1 이상의 성형 단계에서 중공 실린더 (15) 를 길이방향 축선 (2) 을 따라 업세팅하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크용 피스톤의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 1 이상의 성형 단계로 인해, 업세팅된 저부 (4') 의 반경방향 가장자리 영역 (18) 이 벽 (3) 에 포함되고, 그 결과 벽 (3) 이 천이 영역 (10) 에서 두꺼워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 브레이크용 피스톤의 제조 방법.
