Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- i) 박리층을 제공하는 단계,ii) 상기 박리층의 위에 이소시아네이트 성분 (a) 및 폴리올 성분 (b)를 포함하는 폴리우레탄계 성분을 도포하는 단계로서, 상기 이소시아네이트 성분 (a) 및 폴리올 성분 (b)는 용매를 포함하지 않는 것인 단계,iii) 상기 폴리우레탄계 성분을 경화시켜 폴리우레탄 층을 형성하는 단계,iv) 상기 박리층을 폴리우레탄 층으로부터 분리시키는 단계를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 층을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, ii) 단계와 iii) 단계 사이에 상기 폴리우레탄계 성분의 위에 기재층을 도포하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 연속 공정인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 층은 0.1 내지 10 mm 두께인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄계 성분은 발포제 (c)를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄계 성분은 필러 (d)를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단계 (iii) 또는 (iv)에서 얻어진 폴리우레탄 층이 배향된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄계 성분은 박리층의 위에 스프레이된 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄계 성분은 이소시아네이트 성분 (a)로서 4,4'-MDI를 폴리테트라히드로푸란과 반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 폴리이소시아네이트 프레폴리머를, 폴리테트라히드로푸란 및 1,4-부탄디올을 포함하는 폴리올 성분 (b)와 함께 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법에 의해 얻어질 수 있는 폴리우레탄 층.
- 제10항에 따른 폴리우레탄 층을 이용한 인조 피혁.
- 제10항에 따른 폴리우레탄 층을 이용하여 코팅 직물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제10항에 따른 폴리우레탄 층으로 코팅된 직물.
