i)リリース層(剥離層)を供給する工程
ii)前記リリース層の上に、イソシアネート成分(a)及びポリオール成分(b)を含み、前記2つの成分には溶剤が含まれていないポリウレタン組成成分を塗布する工程
iii)必要に応じて、前記ポリウレタン組成成分の上に基板層を付加する工程
iv)ポリウレタン層を形成するために前記ポリウレタン組成成分を硬化する工程、及び
v)前記ポリウレタン層から前記リリース層を分離する工程
を含み、
前記ポリオール成分(b)は、ポリテトラヒドロフラン及び1、4−ブタンジオールを含むことを特徴とするポリウレタン層の製造方法を提供する。
(b−1)500以上3000g/mol以下の平均数分子量を有するポリオール、好ましくはポリエーテルポリオール。
(b−2)3000〜8000g/molの範囲の平均数分子量を有するポリオール、好ましくはポリエーテルポリオール。
(b−3)400g/mol以下の分子量を持つ連鎖延長剤。
織物基板層:この場合、基板層は、一つかそれ以上、同一又は異なる堅固に連結した撚りから成り得る。例えば、狭く又は広くかみ合った織物、ニット、打ちひも(braids)、ネットワーク(ネットクロス)である。

mmの範囲、より好ましくは0.01〜0.5mmの範囲である。本発明の好ましい面は、4,4’-MDIをポリテトラヒドロフランと反応させることにより得られるポリイソシアネートプレポリマー(a)を、ポリテトラヒドロフラン及び1,4-ブタンジオールを含むポリオール成分(b)と反応させることで得られる本発明のポリウレタン層を被覆した織物である。

モノマーMDIとPTHFのプレポリマー(分子量2000g/mol):
ポリオール成分:
分子量1000g/molのPTHF69部:
1,4-ブタンジオール15部:
3官能性開始剤のプロポキル化/エトキシル化により得られるポリエーテルオール(分子量5000g/mol)15部:
触媒1部:

Claims (12)
- i)リリース層を供給する工程
ii)前記リリース層の上に、イソシアネート成分(a)及びポリオール成分(b)を含み、前記2つの成分には溶剤が含まれていないポリウレタン組成成分を塗布する工程
iii)必要に応じて、前記ポリウレタン組成成分の上に基板層を付加する工程
iv)ポリウレタン層を形成するために前記ポリウレタン組成成分を硬化する工程、及び
v)前記ポリウレタン層から前記リリース層を分離する工程
を含み、
前記ポリオール成分(b)は、ポリテトラヒドロフラン及び1、4−ブタンジオールを含むことを特徴とするポリウレタン層の製造方法。 - 前記方法は連続方法であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン層は0.1〜10mmの厚さであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン組成成分は、発泡剤(c)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン組成成分は、フィラー(d)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(iv)又は(v)で得られるポリウレタン層は、工程v)の後に配向されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン組成成分は、前記リリース層の上に吹き付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリウレタン組成成分は、イソシアネート成分(a)としての4,4’-MDIとポリテトラヒドロフランとを反応させて得られたポリイソシアネートプレポリマーと、ポリテトラヒドロフラン及び1、4−ブタンジオールを含むポリオール成分(b)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の方法により得られることを特徴とするポリウレタン層。
- 請求項9に記載のポリウレタン層を人工革を製造するために使用する方法。
- 請求項9に記載のポリウレタン層をコーティング織物を製造するために使用する方法。
- 請求項9に記載のポリウレタン層で被覆されている織物。
