Claims (22)
- 절연기판과;상기 절연기판 상에 형성되어 있는 박막트랜지스터와;상기 박막트랜지스터를 덮고 있는 보호막과;상기 보호막 상에 형성되어 있는 화소 전극과;상기 보호막 및 상기 화소 전극 상에 형성되어 있으며, 상기 화소 전극 사이를 구분하는 격벽과;상기 격벽 사이의 상기 화소 전극 상에 형성되어 있는 유기층과;상기 격벽 및 상기 유기층을 덮고 있는 공통 전극과;상기 공통 전극의 위 표면에 위치하는 광효율 향상층을 포함하고,상기 광효율 향상층은 상기 유기층으로부터 생성되는 광의 출사방향을 따라 순차적으로 형성되어 있는 제1무기층과, 상기 제1무기층보다 큰 굴절율을 갖는 제2무기층을 가지며,상기 제1무기층과 상기 제2무기층은 상호 접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1무기층은 산화규소(SiOx)를 포함하고, 상기 제2무기층은 질화규소(SiNx)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1무기층은 880Å 내지 1000Å의 두께를 가지고, 상기 제2무기층은 600Å 내지 700Å의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광효율 향상층 상에 형성되어 있는 컬러필터층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기층은 적색, 녹색 및 청색의 광을 각각 발광하는 적색 유기발광층, 녹색 유기발광층 및 청색 유기발광층을 포함하며,상기 적색 유기발광층, 상기 녹색 유기발광층 및 상기 청색 유기발광층에 대응하는 상기 광효율 향상층 중 적어도 하나는 다른 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기층은 적색, 녹색 및 청색의 광을 각각 발광하는 적색 유기발광층, 녹색 유기발광층 및 청색 유기발광층을 포함하며,상기 적색 유기발광층, 상기 녹색 유기발광층 및 상기 청색 유기발광층에 대응하는 상기 광효율 향상층 중 적어도 하나는 다른 면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 절연기판 상에 형성되어 있는 박막트랜지스터와;상기 박막트랜지스터를 덮고 있는 무기보호막과;상기 무기보호막 상에 형성되어 있는 광효율 향상층과;상기 광효율 향상층을 덮고 있는 유기보호막과;상기 유기보호막 상에 형성되어 있는 화소 전극과;상기 화소 전극 상에 형성되어 있는 유기층을 포함하고,상기 광효율 향상층은 상기 유기층으로부터 생성되는 광의 출사방향을 따라 순차적으로 형성되어 있는 제1무기층과 상기 제1무기층보다 큰 굴절율을 갖는 제2무기층을 가지며,상기 제1무기층과 상기 제2무기층은 상호 접하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제1무기층은 산화규소(SiOx)를 포함하고, 상기 제2무기층은 질화규소(SiNx)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
