Abstract
상기와 같은 구성의 본 발명은, 디스크로터의 열변형을 방지하고, 기어치가 치합하여 결합된 구조로서 회전력 손실을 방지하며 고정볼트에 가해지는 하중을 분담한다. 그리고, 상기 기어치는 경사면이 형성된 구조로서 디스크와 어댑터의 조립시 더 용이하게 밀착될 수 있으며, 밀착시의 긁힘 등을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 3 은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따라 디스크에 서포트 부재가 결합된 모습을 도시한 사시도,
도 4 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 어댑터의 사시도,
도 5 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따라 어댑터와 서포트부재가 결합된 모습을 도시한 측면도 및 단면도.

Claims (3)
- 허브와 결합되는 어댑터 및 상기 어댑터에 결합되어 캘리퍼에 의해 제동되는 디스크로 구성된 어댑터 분리형 디스크로터의 구조에 있어서,
원판 형상으로 중심에 결합홀이 형성된 디스크;와
두개의 링(ring)이 나란히 배치된 구조로 이루어지고, 상기 결합홀의 내주면에 장착되며, 그 둘레를 따라 제1볼트홀이 형성된 서포트부재;와
관(管) 형상으로 상기 서포트부재에 밀착되도록 끝단에 플랜지가 형성되되, 상기 플랜지에는 둘레를 따라 제2볼트홀이 타공된 어댑터; 및
상기 제1볼트홀 및 제2볼트홀에 삽입되어 서포트부재와 어댑터를 체결시키는 고정볼트;를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 어댑터가 밀착되는 서포트부재 중 하나의 결합면은 기어치(bear tooth)가 돌출된 요철면(凹凸面)으로 형성되고, 상기 서포트부재가 밀착되는 플랜지의 결합면은 기어치가 치합되는 요철면으로 형성되며, 상기 기어치는 상기 서포트부재의 둘레를 따라 형성되되 양측면은 경사면으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑터 분리형 디스크로터의 구조.
