Claims (9)
내연 기관의 크랭크 출력에 의해 구동되고, 상기 한 쌍의 흡기 밸브의 한쪽 또는 상기 한 쌍의 배기 밸브의 한쪽을 구동하는 제1 캠이 형성된 샤프트 부재 및 상기 흡기 밸브의 다른 쪽 또는 상기 배기 밸브의 다른 쪽을 구동하는 제2 캠을 갖고, 상기 샤프트 부재의 외측에 당해 샤프트 부재의 주위 방향으로 변위 가능하게 끼워진 캠 로브로 이루어지는 조립 캠 샤프트와,
상기 제2 캠의 위상을 상기 제1 캠에 대하여 변경하는 캠 위상 변경 장치를 구비하고,
상기 캠 로브에는, 상기 샤프트 부재의 외측에 끼워지는 중공의 보스부를 갖고,
상기 보스부가, 상기 제2 캠의 캠 폭 방향의 상기 제1 캠과는 반대측이 되는 편측으로부터, 상기 제2 캠의 캠 폭 치수보다 길게 돌출되게 설치되는 동시에, 가변해야 할 캠 위상을 전달하는 제어 부재와 연결되는 접속 부재를 갖고,
상기 접속 부재가, 상기 보스부에 있어서 상기 제2 캠과 반대의 단부에 가까운 위치에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내연 기관의 가변 밸브 장치.
상기 캠 로브에, 상기 조립 캠 샤프트를 소정의 자세로 배치하기 위한 피보유 지지부를 설치하고,
상기 샤프트 부재의 단부와 상기 캠 위상 변경 장치를 연결할 때, 상기 피보유 지지부를 사용하여 상기 조립 캠 샤프트를 소정의 자세로 배치하면, 상기 접속 부재가 상기 이너 캠 샤프트의 회전 방지로서 기능하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는, 내연 기관의 가변 밸브 장치.
상기 캠 로브에, 상기 조립 캠 샤프트를 소정의 자세로 배치하기 위한 피보유 지지부를 설치하고,
상기 샤프트 부재의 단부와 상기 캠 위상 변경 장치를 연결할 때, 상기 피보유 지지부를 사용하여 상기 조립 캠 샤프트를 소정의 자세로 배치하면, 상기 접속 부재가 상기 이너 캠 샤프트의 회전 방지로서 기능하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는, 내연 기관의 가변 밸브 장치.
상기 핀 형상 부재의 관통 단부가 되는 상기 보스부의 서로 대향하는 각 외주 부분에는, 각각 상기 핀 부재가 출입하는 출입구를 갖는 평면의 시트면이 설치되고,
상기 피보유 지지부는, 상기 보스부의 상기 시트면을 유용하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내연 기관의 가변 밸브 장치.
상기 제1 캠과 상기 제2 캠은, 기통의 헤드 상에서 인접하여 배치되고,
상기 인접한 제1 캠과 제2 캠 사이의 샤프트 부분의 적어도 일부가 상기 기통의 헤드 상에서 회전 가능하게 지지되는 저널로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내연 기관의 가변 밸브 장치.
