Claims (26)
- 코팅 장치를 통해 밴드 속도로 이동하는, 주석 코팅된 강철 밴드의 표면 패시베이션 방법으로서, 코팅 공정 후에 표면 활성 물질의 수용액을 상기 밴드 속도로 이동하는 상기 코팅된 금속 밴드 상에 분무하며, 상기 표면 활성 물질은a) 폴리에테르 측쇄를 갖는 폴리메틸 실록산의 화학 조성, 1.456 내지 1.466의 굴절 지수 및 20 ℃에서 1.09 내지 1.13 g/㎤의 밀도를 갖는 중합체,b) 1.20 내지 1.30 g/㎤의 밀도 및 270 내지 310 ㎎ KOH/g의 산 지수를 갖는 산성 폴리에테르의 화학 조성을 갖는 중합체, 및c) i) 5 내지 80 몰%의 하기 화학식의 하나 이상의 단량체:(상기 식에서,R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, H 또는 알킬을 나타낸다),ii) 0 내지 70 몰%의 하기 화학식의 하나 이상의 단량체:(상기 식에서,R5, R6 및 R7은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, H 또는 알킬을 나타내고,R8은 알킬 또는 치환된 알킬을 나타내며, 알킬 그룹 R8은 -O 그룹에 의해 중단될 수 있다),iii) 5 내지 50 몰%의, 하나 이상의 염기성 고리 질소 원자를 갖는 헤테로사이클릭 그룹을 함유하거나 또는 중합 후에 상기와 같은 헤테로사이클릭 그룹이 결합되는 하나 이상의 단량체,iv) 0 내지 10 몰%의, 가교결합 또는 커플링에 반응성인 하나 이상의 그룹을 함유하는 하나 이상의 단량체, 및v) 아크릴레이트 그룹을 함유하는 단량체 및 그룹 ⅰ)의 단량체의 양이 이들의 유기염으로서 적어도 20 mol%이상일 때 상기 그룹 i) 내지 iv)에 속하지 않는 0 내지 20 몰%의 하나 이상의 단량체중 하나를 포함하는 물질이고, 이때, 상기 표면 활성 물질은 윤활제 또는 패시베이션제로 작용하는 것인 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 밴드 속도가 100 m/분 초과함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 밴드속도로 이동하는 강철 밴드 상에 주석 박막층을 전기화학적으로 적용하기 위한 장치 및 물질 급냉 탱크를 포함하는 주석 오버레이용 용융 장치; 및파이프 쉘에 복수 개의 구멍을 가지고 코팅된 강철 밴드로부터 떨어져서 배열되는 하나 이상의 파이프를 포함하는 주석 코팅층의 패시베이션 장치로서, 상기 파이프를 통해 표면 활성 물질의 수용액이 코팅된 금속 상에 분무되고 상기 패시베이션 장치를 통해 이동하는 것인 패시베이션 장치를 포함하는 밴드 주석 코팅 장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 패시베이션 장치를 통해 이동하는 강철 밴드의 양면 상에, 표면 활성 물질의 수용액이 상기 강철 밴드의 양면에 분무되도록 파이프가 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 패시베이션 장치가 세로홈통을 갖는 수직 탱크를 포함하며, 상기 탱크에서 과잉의 계면활성제 용액이 수거되고 이어서 상기 용액이 상기 세로홈통을 통해 상기 수직 탱크 바로 아래에 배열된 수용조 탱크 내로 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 강철 밴드의 진행 방향으로 파이프 또는 각각의 파이프(들) 뒤에 하나 이상의 압착 롤 쌍이 분무된 수용액의 압착을 위해 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 구멍들은 파이프를 따라 평균적으로 서로 등거리로 배열되며, 이동하는 강철 밴드의 진행 방향을 가로지르는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 삭제
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 액체 분사가 코팅된 금속 밴드의 표면에, 법선에 대해 수직으로 충돌함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 밴드 속도가 300 내지 600 m/분임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
