Description
Claims (26)
- 의사에 의하여 조작되는 손잡이; 및 초음파 진동을 발생시키는 초음파 변환기; 및 동물 조직으로 초음파 진동을 인가하기 위하여 상기 초음파 변환기에 부착되고 상기 손잡이로부터 연장된 초음파 어플리케이터; 를 가지는 동물 조직의 응고를 위한 초음파 수술 장치에 있어서,응고를 위한 폭이 있는 면적을 제공하고 상기 동물 조직의 절개를 피하기 위하여 2 mm 내지 6 mm 의 직경의 원형 단면을 가진 상기 초음파 어플리케이터 상의 말단부; 및상기 수술 손잡이의 외연으로 부착되고 상기 초음파 어플리케이터의 말단부로 연장되는 연장 지지부; 및상기 동물 조직의 흐름과 응고가 이루어지게 하면서도 응고되는 동안에 상기 동물 조직을 잡아서 가지고 있기 위하여 설치되며, 상기 말단부로부터 0.075 mm 내지 1.9 mm 의 사전 공차의 값으로서 상기 말단부의 폐쇄 위치로의 이동을 위하여 상기 초음파 어플리케이터의 말단부 부근의 연장 지지부에 부착된 턱면을 가지는 이동가능한 턱; 및상기 사전공차를 결정하기 위한 정지 부재;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 사전 공차가 0.075 mm 내지 0.75 mm 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 폐쇄된 위치에서의 상기 턱면은 상기 연장 지지부의 표면과 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 턱면이 오목한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 턱면이 볼록한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 턱면이 평평한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 사전 공차는 상기 연장 지지부상에 설치되는 정지 부재에 의하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 사전 공차는 상기 초음파 수술 장치의 손잡이 상에 설치되는 정지 부재에 의하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 의료 행위중에 환자로부터 상기 초음파 수술 장치를 제거할 필요없이 상기 사전 공차를 변동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 의사에 의하여 조작되는 손잡이; 및 초음파 진동을 발생시키는 초음파 변환기; 및 동물 조직으로 초음파 진동을 인가하기 위하여 상기 초음파 변환기에 부착되고 상기 손잡이로부터 연장된 초음파 어플리케이터; 를 가지는 동물 조직의 처리를 위한 초음파 수술 장치에 있어서,응고를 위한 폭이 있는 면적을 제공하고 상기 동물 조직의 절개를 피하기 위하여 2 mm 내지 6 mm 의 직경의 원형 단면을 가진 상기 초음파 어플리케이터 상의 말단부; 및상기 수술 손잡이의 외연으로 부착되고 상기 초음파 어플리케이터의 말단부로 연장되는 연장 지지부; 및상기 동물 조직의 흐름과 응고가 이루어지게 하면서도 응고되는 동안에 상기 동물 조직을 잡아서 가지고 있기 위하여 설치되며, 상기 말단부로부터 0.075 mm 내지 1.9 mm 의 사전 공차의 값으로서 상기 말단부의 폐쇄 위치로의 이동과 상기 초음파 어플리케이터의 진동에 의하여 조직이 가열되었을 때의 조직의 유동과 응고를 위한 구역을 제공하기 위하여 상기 초음파 어플리케이터의 말단부 부근의 연장 지지부에 부착된 턱면을 가지는 이동 가능한 턱; 및상기 사전공차를 결정하기 위한 정지 부재; 및상기 초음파 어플리케이터와 클램프 사이에 위치되는 조직을 절개하기 위하여 상기 초음파 어플리케이터와 평행하게 움직이는 기계적 절개 도구; 를 포함하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 사전 공차가 0.075 mm 내지 0.75 mm 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 폐쇄된 위치에서의 상기 턱면은 상기 연장 지지부의 표면과 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 턱면이 오목한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 턱면이 볼록한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 턱면이 평평한 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 사전 공차는 상기 연장 지지부상에 설치되는 정지 부재에 의하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 사전 공차는 상기 초음파 수술 장치의 손잡이 상에 설치되는 정지 부재에 의하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 의료 행위중에 환자로부터 상기 초음파 수술 장치를 제거할 필요없이 상기 사전 공차를 변동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 절개 도구는 칼날인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 수술 장치.
- 동물 조직의 외과적 응고 방법에 있어서,응고를 위한 폭이 있는 면적을 제공하고 상기 동물 조직의 절개를 피하기 위하여 2 mm 내지 6 mm 의 직경의 원형 단면을 가진 초음파 어플리케이터와 상기 초음파 어플리케이터 부근에 설치되는 클램프 사이로 상기 동물 조직의 일부부분을 위치시키는 단계; 및조직의 흐름과 응고를 위한 구역을 제공하면서도 응고되는 동안에 상기 동물 조직을 잡아서 가지고 있기 위하여, 상기 클램프를 상기 초음파 어플리케이터로부터 0.075 mm 내지 1.9 mm 의 사전 공차의 값으로서 상기 초음파 어플리케이터 방향으로 이동시키는 단계; 및상기 사전 공차는 정지 부재에 의하여 결정되되, 상기 동물 조직 부분으로 상기 조직의 응고를 일으키기 위한 초음파 진동을 상기 초음파 어플리케이터를 통하여 인가하는 단계; 를 포함하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 동물 조직의 외과적 응고 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 사전 공차가 0.075 mm 내지 0.75 mm 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 동물 조직의 외과적 응고 방법.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, 의료 행위중에 환자로부터 상기 초음파 수술 장치를 제거할 필요없이 상기 사전 공차를 변동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 동물 조직의 외과적 응고 방법.
- 외과적으로 동물 조직의 출혈을 최소화하는 방법에 있어서,응고를 위한 폭이 있는 면적을 제공하고 상기 동물 조직의 절개를 피하기 위하여 2 mm 내지 6 mm 의 직경의 원형 단면을 가진 초음파 어플리케이터와 상기 초음파 어플리케이터 부근에 설치되는 클램프 사이로 상기 동물 조직을 위치시키는 단계; 및상기 초음파 어플리케이터의 진동에 의하여 조직이 가열되었을 때의 조직의 흐름과 응고를 위한 구역을 제공하면서도 응고되는 동안에 상기 동물 조직을 잡아서 가지고 있기 위하여, 상기 클램프를 상기 초음파 어플리케이터로부터 0.075 mm 내지 1.9 mm 의 사전 공차의 값으로서 상기 초음파 어플리케이터 방향으로 이동시키는 단계; 및상기 사전 공차는 정지 부재에 의하여 결정되되, 상기 동물 조직 부분으로 상기 조직의 응고를 일으키기 위한 초음파 진동을 상기 초음파 어플리케이터를 통하여 인가하는 단계; 및응고된 직후에 기계적 절개 도구를 이용하여 상기 조직을 절개하는 단계; 를 포함하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적으로 동물 조직의 출혈을 최소화하는 방법.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 사전 공차가 0.075 mm 내지 0.75 mm 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적으로 동물 조직의 출혈을 최소화하는 방법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 의료 행위중에 환자로부터 상기 초음파 수술 장치를 제거할 필요없이 상기 사전 공차를 변동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적으로 동물 조직의 출혈을 최소화하는 방법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 기계적 절개 도구는 칼날인 것을 특징으로 하는 외과적으로 동물 조직의 출혈을 최소화하는 방법.
