Claims (20)
- 제1서브화소의 반사영역 및 투과영역 각각에 형성된 제1 및 제2액정셀과;상기 제1 및 제2액정셀 각각에 접속된 제1 및 제2박막트랜지스터와;상기 제1 및 제2액정셀 각각에 접속된 제1 및 제2스토리지캐패시터를 포함하고,상기 제1 및 제2스토리지캐패시터 각각의 정전용량은 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2스토리지캐패시터 각각의 제1 및 제2스토리지전극 각각의 크기는 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1서브화소와 인접한 제2서브화소의 반사영역 및 투과영역 각각에 형성된 제3 및 제4액정셀과;상기 제3 및 제4액정셀 각각에 접속된 제3 및 제4박막트랜지스터와;상기 제3 및 제4액정셀 각각에 접속된 제3 및 제4스토리지캐패시터를 더 포 함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제3 및 제4스토리지캐패시터 각각의 정전용량은 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제3 및 제4스토리지캐패시터 각각의 제3 및 제4스토리지전극 각각의 크기는 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제2서브화소와 인접한 제3서브화소의 반사영역 및 투과영역 각각에 형성된 제5 및 제6액정셀과;상기 제5 및 제6액정셀 각각에 접속된 제5 및 제6박막트랜지스터와;상기 제5 및 제6액정셀 각각에 접속된 제5 및 제6스토리지캐패시터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제5 및 제6스토리지캐패시터 각각의 정전용량은 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제5 및 제6스토리지캐패시터 각각의 제5 및 제6스토리지전극 각각의 크기는 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제3 및 제5스토리지캐패시터 각각의 정전용량은 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제3 및 제5스토리지캐패시터 각각의 제1 및 제3 및 제5스토리지전극 각각의 크기는 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제2 및 제4 및 제6스토리지캐패시터 각각의 정전용량은 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 제2 및 제4 및 제6스토리지캐패시터 각각의 제2 및 제4 및 제6스토리지전극 각각의 크기는 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 내지 제6액정셀의 셀갭은 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 내지 제3서브화소를 정의하도록 서로 교차하는 복수의 게이트선 및 복수의 데이타선과;상기 복수의 게이트선과 교번적으로 형성되며 상기 제1 내지 제6스토리지캐패시터와 접속된 스토리지선을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 스토리지선의 스토리지전압은 라인반전으로 인가되며 상기 게이트선에 게이트오프전압이 인가되는 구간 동안 상기 스토리지전압은 스윙하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제1서브화소의 투과영역 및 반사영역 각각에 형성된 제1 및 제2액정셀 각각이 정전용량을 갖도록 하는 단계와;상기 제1 및 제2액정셀 각각과 접속된 제1 및 제2스토리지캐패시터 각각이 정전용량을 갖도록 하는 단계와;상기 제1 및 제2스토리지캐패시터와 접속된 스토리지선의 스토리지전압이 스윙하는 단계와;상기 제1 및 제2액정셀 각각의 제1투과전극 및 제1반사전극 각각의 투과전압 및 반사전압 각각이 서로 다른 부트스트랩전압에 의해 부트스트랩되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 반투과형 액정표시장치의 구동방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 스토리지전압은 라인반전으로 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치의 구동방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 스토리지전압이 스윙하는 단계는상기 제1 및 제2액정셀 각각과 접속된 제1 및 제2박막트랜지스터가 턴오프되는 구간 동안에 상기 스토리지전압이 스윙하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치의 구동방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 제1서브화소와 인접한 제2서브화소의 투과영역 및 반사영역 각각에 형성된 제3 및 제4액정셀 각각이 정전용량을 갖도록 하는 단계와;상기 제3 및 제4액정셀 각각과 접속되며 상기 스토리지선과 접속된 제3 및 제4스토리지캐패시터 각각이 정전용량을 갖도록 하는 단계와;상기 제3 및 제4액정셀 각각의 제2투과전극 및 제2반사전극 각각의 투과전압 및 반사전압 각각이 서로 다른 부트스트랩전압에 의해 부트스트랩되는 단계와;상기 제2서브화소와 인접한 제3서브화소의 투과영역 및 반사영역 각각에 형성된 제5 및 제6액정셀 각각이 정전용량을 갖도록 하는 단계와;상기 제5 및 제6액정셀 각각과 접속되며 상기 스토리지선과 접속된 제5 및 제6스토리지캐패시터 각각이 정전용량을 갖도록 하는 단계와;상기 제5 및 제6액정셀 각각의 제3투과전극 및 제3반사전극 각각의 투과전압 및 반사전압 각각이 서로 다른 부트스트랩전압에 의해 부트스트랩되는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치의 구동방법.
