Claims (6)
- 차량 시스템에 있어서,운전자의 조타에 의한 토크 및 조향각을 검출하고, 상기 조향각에 해당하는 듀티(Duty)비를 결정한 후, 러프게인(Rough Gain) PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) 신호와 파인게인(Fine Gain) PWM 신호를 출력하는 일체형 또는 분리형으로 구성된 토크-조향각 센서; 및상기 러프게인 PWM 신호와 상기 파인게인 PWM 신호를 수신하여 조향각 데이터를 획득하고 상기 조향각을 이용한 차량 제어를 수행하는 다른 시스템으로 상기 조향각 데이터를 전송하는 전동식 파워 스티어링(EPS Electric Power Steering) 시스템의 전자 제어 유닛(ECU: Electronic Control Unit)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 러프 게인 PWM 신호의 상기 듀티비는 조향각에 따라 선형적으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다른 시스템은 차량의 자세 제어장치(ESP: Electronic Stability Program) 및 전자제어 현가장치(ECS: Electronic Controlled Suspension) 중 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전자 제어 유닛은 상기 조향각 데이터를 CAN 통신을 이용하여 상기 다른 시스템으로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 시스템.
- 차량에 장착되는 조향각 센서에 있어서,조향축에 결합되어 상기 조향축의 회전에 따라 회전하는 주기어(Main Gear);상기 주기어에 각각 치합되어 설치되는 제1보조기어 및 제2보조기어;상기 제1보조기어 및 상기 제2보조기어에 각각 인접하게 설치되어 상기 제1보조기어 및 상기 제2보조기어의 회전에 연동하여 전기신호를 출력하는 각도검출수단; 및상기 각도검출수단으로부터 출력되는 전기신호로부터 조향각을 연산하고, 상기 조향각에 대응하는 듀티(Duty)비를 결정한 후, 러프게인(Rough Gain) PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) 신호와 파인게인(Fine Gain) PWM 신호를 출력하는 제어모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조향각 센서.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 러프게인 PWM 신호의 상기 듀티비는 상기 조향각의 크기에 따라 선형적 으로 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조향각 센서.
