Claims (11)
- 사각형 또는 사다리꼴 그루브 단면(3)을 구비하는 허브-축의 끼워맞춤 결합을 위한 그루브 프로파일에 있어서,허브(1) 또는 축(2) 중 어느 하나의 그루브 골(5) 또는 그루브 헤드(4)는 반경 방향 바깥쪽으로 돌출된 적어도 하나의 리브(6)를 구비하며, 상기 적어도 하나의 리브(6)는 그루브 골(5) 또는 그루브 헤드(4) 재료와 일체로 형성되고, 허브(1) 및 축(2) 중 적어도 하나는 내측 및 외측으로 스플라인이 형성되어 있는 벽 두께가 얇은 중공형 프로파일이고, 마주보게 위치하는 그루브 골(5) 또는 그루브 헤드(4)에 대한 리브(6)의 지지면의 반경은 허브(1) 또는 축(2)의 종축에 대해 초기 응력이 수반되도록 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일.
- 제1항에 있어서,허브(1) 또는 축(2)의 각 그루브 골(5) 또는 각 그루브 헤드(4)는 적어도 하나의 리브(6)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리브(6)는 상기 그루브(3)의 측면(7)에 평행하게 연장되도록 구현되며, 상응하는 그루브 골(5) 또는 그루브 헤드(4) 전체 길이에 걸쳐서 평행하게 연장되도록 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리브(6)는 바깥쪽으로 테이퍼진 사다리꼴 단면이고, 상기 리브(6)의 최대 폭은 상응하는 그루브 골(5) 또는 그루브 헤드(4) 폭(B)의 50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하나의 그루브 골(5) 또는 하나의 그루브 헤드(4) 내에 적어도 2개의 리브(6)가 서로 평행하도록 각각 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일.
- 내부 튜브(2) 및 외부 튜브(1)를 구비하는 구동축용 텔레스코픽 튜브에 있어서,내부 튜브(2) 또는 외부 튜브(1)는 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 그루브 프로파일(3)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레스코픽 튜브.
- 제7항에 있어서,내부 튜브(2) 및 외부 튜브(1)는 프로파일 두께가 일정한 중공체로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 텔레스코픽 튜브.
- 냉간 가공 방식에 의해 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 그루브 프로파일(3)을 생성하는 방법에 있어서,하나 또는 그 이상의 프로파일 롤 또는 프로파일 롤러가 중공형 부재 내에 위치하여 프로파일 형성에 필수적인 프로파일 맨드릴에 따라 허브(1) 또는 축(2)의 표면과 접촉하며, 프로파일 롤 또는 프로파일 롤러에는 리브(6)에 대응하는 형상이 구현되어 있는 프로파일이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일 생성 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 프로파일 롤 또는 프로파일 롤러는 단속적으로 충격을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일 생성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리브(6)는 바깥쪽으로 테이퍼진 사다리꼴 단면이고, 상기 리브(6)의 최대 폭은 상응하는 그루브 골(5) 또는 그루브 헤드(4) 폭(B)의 25%인 것을 특징으로 하는 그루브 프로파일.
