Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 방향환을 갖는 탄화수소 화합물, 에틸렌성 탄소-탄소 이중 결합을 갖는 탄화수소 화합물, 및 방향환 및 에틸렌성 탄소-탄소 이중 결합을 갖는 탄화수소 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 또는 2종 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을, 하기 (Ⅰ) 및 (Ⅱ)의 2 단계에서 수소화하는 단계를 포함하는 수소화 방법.(Ⅰ) 90 내지 120℃의 범위에서 수소화 반응을 수행하고,(Ⅱ) 230 내지 350℃의 범위에서 수소화 반응을 수행하고,상기 수소화 반응에 촉매를 사용하고,상기 촉매는 팔라듐(Pd), 백금(Pt), 루테늄(Ru) 및 로듐(Rh)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소를 포함하고,상기 촉매는 세륨(Ce), 란탄(La), 마그네슘(Mg), 칼슘(Ca), 스트론튬(Sr), 이테르븀(Yb), 가돌리늄(Gd), 테르븀(Tb), 디스프로슘(Dy) 및 이트륨(Y)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소를 더 포함하며, 그리고상기 촉매는 제올라이트에 담지되어 있음.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향환을 갖는 탄화수소 화합물, 에틸렌성 탄소-탄소 이중 결합을 갖는 탄화수소 화합물, 및 방향환 및 에틸렌성 탄소-탄소 이중 결합을 갖는 탄화수소 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 또는 2종 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물이, 나프타를 주원료로 사용하는 열분해로로부터 생성되는 탄화수소로 이루어지며, 비등점이 90 내지 230℃의 범위에 있는 유분(「분해 케로신」이라 함)인 수소화 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 반응시의 압력이 1 내지 8MPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수소 가스/분해 케로신의 비율이 140 내지 10000Nm3/m3인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소 가스/1 단계의 반응 생성물의 비율이 140 내지 10000 Nm3/m3인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1 단계의 반응 생성물의 브롬가가 20g/100g 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2 단계의 반응 생성물의 불포화 탄소 비율이 20% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 방법.
- 적어도 나프타를 주원료로 사용하여 열분해 반응을 수행함으로써, 적어도 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부텐, 벤젠 또는 톨루엔 중 어느 하나를 제조하는 석유 화학 제조 방법이며,열분해로로부터 생성되는 분해 케로신을, 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 방법으로 수소화하는 단계와,수소화된 탄화수소의 일부 또는 전부를 열분해로에 재공급하는 단계를 포함하는 석유 화학 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 열분해로에 재공급되는 수소화된 탄화수소 중의 불포화 탄소 원자의 비율이, 수소화된 탄화수소 중의 전체 탄소 원자수에 대하여 20몰% 이하인 석유 화학 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 1 단계의 수소화 반응에 공급되는 분해 케로신에 대한 수소의 비가, 수소 가스/분해 케로신=140 내지 10000Nm3/m3인 석유 화학 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 2 단계에서 수소화된 탄화수소의 일부는 분해 케로신과 혼합되고, 상기 혼합물을 1 단계의 수소화 반응에 공급하는 석유 화학 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 수소화에 공급되는 수소가 열분해로로부터 생성되는 수소인 석유 화학 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 수소화 반응에서 미반응 수소의 적어도 일부 또는 전부는 수소화 반응에 재공급되는 석유 화학 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 미반응 수소 중에 포함되는 황화수소의 적어도 일부 또는 전부는 제거되고, 미반응 수소를 수소화 반응에 재공급하는 석유 화학 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 수소화 반응에 공급되는 분해 케로신 중의 전체 황 농도는 1000 중량ppm 이하인 석유 화학 제조 방법.
