도 2는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 전자식 주차 브레이크 제동력 해제 시 제어 방법을 도시한 순서도이다.

- 제동력 해제 명령이 인가되면, 차량의 상태를 판단하여 목표 해제력을 계산하는 목표 해제력 산출 단계;
상기 목표 해제력을 출력하기 위해서 상기 차량의 제동 모터가 구동되면, 상기 제동 모터의 구동을 제어하는 액추에이터의 전류를 측정하여 제동력이 감소하고 있는지 여부를 확인하는 제동력 감소 확인 단계;
상기 제동력이 감소하고 있다면, 상기 액추에이터의 상태를 판단하기 위해 브레이크 패드가 디스크와 분리되기 전까지 해제 교정값을 산출하는 해제 교정값 산출 단계;
상기 해제 교정값에 따라 상기 목표 해제력을 재계산하는 재 목표 제동 해제력 재계산 단계;
상기 재 목표 제동 해제력을 재계산한 후에는 제동 교정값에 따른 하중 토크를 산출 하는 하중 토크 산출 단계; 및
상기 하중 토크와 상기 재 목표 제동 해제력을 비교하여, 상기 재 목표 제동 해제력이 더 크다면 상기 제동 모터를 정지시키는 모터 정지 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 주차 브레이크 제어 방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 제동력이 감소하고 있지 않다면, 상기 하중 토크 산출 단계에서는,
상기 제동력 해제 명령이 인가되기 직전의 제동력 발생 명령이 발생했을 경우에 산출되었던, 상기 제동 교정값에 따른 하중 토크를 산출 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 주차 브레이크 제어 방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 하중 토크와 상기 재 목표 제동 해제력을 비교하여, 상기 하중 토크가 더 크거나 같다면 상기 해제 교정값 산출 단계를 재실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 주차 브레이크 제어 방법. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 하중 토크 산출 단계는 상기 제동력 감소 확인 단계에서 제동력이 감소하고 있지 않는 것으로 판단될 때 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 주차 브레이크 제어 방법.
