Claims (8)
- (1)고압 반응기에 금속 담지 촉매를 고정시키는 단계,(2)폴리염화비페닐류가 함유된 절연유에 수소를 10~25바로 가압하여 수소를 절연유 내 용해시키는 단계,(3)폴리염화비페닐류가 함유된 절연유, 수소, 및 초임계 유체를 고온 고압의 고압 반응기에 1~10분의 일정한 체류 시간으로 연속적으로 도입하여 폴리염화비페닐류를 무해화하는 단계,(4)상기 무해화된 절연유와 초임계 유체 혼합 용액을 냉각시키는 단계,(5)무해화된 절연유와 초임계 유체를 분리하여 절연유를 회수하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 단계(3)에서, 반응 온도는 200~600℃, 반응 압력은 50~500바인, 폴리염화비페닐류가 포함된 절연유의 연속 무해화 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계(1)에서 고압 반응기는 관형 반응기인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비페닐류가 포함된 절연유의 연속 무해화 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계(1)에서 금속 담지 촉매는 니켈, 팔라듐, 백금, 루세늄, 로듐 중 선택된 1종 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비페닐류가 포함된 절연유의 연속 무해화 처리 방법.
