Claims (1)
- 건설장비용 제동 및 클러치 해제장치에 있어서,제동력을 생성하기 위한 제동 펌프와;작동유의 이물질을 여과하기 위한 여과기와;제동 시스템에 일정 압력을 공급하기 위한 컷오프 밸브와;제동 시스템에 압력이 유지되도록 하는 축압기와;운전자가 제동 페달을 조작하는지 여부와 조작되는 페달 각도를 검출하는 제동 페달 및 각도 감지기와;전륜 및 후륜측 제동장치와;운전자의 제동 페달 조작이 있을 때 전자제어장치의 제어를 받아 상기 전륜 및 후륜측 제동장치의 구동을 각각 직접적으로 제어하는 제 1 및 제 2 비례 제어 밸브와;상기 제 1 및 제 2 비례 제어 밸브와 전륜 및 후륜측 제동장치 사이에 설치되어 전륜 및 후륜의 제동압력을 검출하는 제 1 및 제 2 압력 감지기와;운전자가 제동 성능을 선택할 수 있도록 하는 제동 모드 선택 스위치와;운전자가 클러치 해제 성능을 선택할 수 있도록 하는 클러치 해제 모드 선택 스위치와;상기 제동 페달 및 각도 감지기와 제 1 및 제 2 압력 감지기, 제동 모드 선택 스위치 및 클러치 해제 모드 선택 스위치로부터 입력되는 각종 신호를 입력받고 건설장비의 제동 및 클러치 해제에 따른 전반적인 제어작동을 실시하는 전자제어장치와;상기 전자제어장치의 출력신호에 부응하여 클러치를 해제하는 변속기와;상기 전자제어장치의 출력신호에 부응하여 건설장비에 설치된 각종 구성품의 상태정보를 지시 또는 표시하는 방식을 통해 운전자에게 전달하는 계기판;으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 건설장비용 전자제어 제동 및 클러치 해제장치.
