도 2는 본 발명에 따른 수동변속기 장착용 자동변속장치의 클러치 작동수단을 도시한 도면이며,

도 4는 본 발명에 따른 수동변속기 장착용 자동변속장치의 컨트롤 샤프트 작동수단의 실시 예를 도시한 도면이고,
도 5은 도 4의 셀렉터 작동수단에 의한 작동상태를 도시한 도면이며,
도 6은 도 4의 시프트 작동수단에 의한 작동상태를 도시한 도면이고,
도 7은 본 발명에 따른 수동변속기 장착용 자동변속장치의 설치 실시 예를 도시한 도면이다.

Claims (9)
- 클러치레버에 의해 작동되는 클러치와 컨트롤 샤프트에 의해 변속되는 수동 변속기어부를 갖는 수동변속 자동차에 있어서,
상기 클러치레버를 작동시켜 엔진의 회전력으로부터 상기 수동 변속기어부를 선택적으로 분리시키는 클러치 작동수단;
상기 클러치 작동수단에 의해 수동 변속기어부가 엔진의 회전력으로부터 분리되면, 상기 컨트롤 샤프트를 작동시켜 수동 변속기어부의 수동 기어를 변속시키는 컨트롤 샤프트 작동수단; 및
자동차의 주행상태를 실시간으로 체크하여 변속이 필요할 경우, 상기 클러치 작동수단을 제어한 다음, 상기 컨트롤 샤프트 작동수단을 제어하여 상기 수동 변속기어부를 자동으로 변속시키는 제어부를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 클러치 작동수단은,
프레임에 회전 가능하도록 구비되어 구동모터에 의해 회전되는 웜; 상기 웜에 치합되어 회전력을 직각방향으로 전달시키는 웜기어; 상기 웜기어와 동일하게 회전되도록 동일 축 상에 위치되는 피니언기어; 및 상기 피니언기어에 치합되어 직선 이동됨에 따라 상기 클러치레버를 작동시키는 랙기어를 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 컨트롤 샤프트 작동수단은,
상기 컨트롤 샤프트의 단부에 고정되는 작동기어를,
일정 각도 회전시킴에 따라 상기 컨트롤 샤프트를 그 중심축을 기준으로 회전시키는 셀렉터 작동수단; 및 상기 작동기어를 그 중심축방향으로 이동시킴에 따라 상기 컨트롤 샤프트를 그 길이방향을 따라 이동시키는 시프트 작동수단을 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 셀렉터 작동수단은,
고정블럭에 회전 가능하도록 구비되어 구동모터에 의해 회전되는 웜; 및 이 웜에 치합되어 회전력을 직각방향으로 전달시키는 웜기어; 및 상기 웜기어와 동일하게 회전되도록 동일 축 상에 위치되는 연결기어를 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 시프트 작동수단은,
고정블럭에 회전 가능하도록 구비되어 구동모터에 의해 회전되는 웜; 및 이 웜에 치합되어 회전력을 직각방향으로 전달시키는 웜기어; 상기 웜기어와 동일하게 회전되도록 동일 축 상에 위치되는 피니언기어; 및 상기 피니언기어와 치합되는 랙기어가 형성되어 그 길이방향을 따라 이동되는 이동샤프트를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 이동샤프트는 작동베어링에 의해 상기 작동기어와 연결되어 이동샤프트의 이동 시, 작동기어와 고정된 컨트롤 샤프트를 길이방향으로 이동시키며,
작동베어링은 작동기어의 중심부에 구비되어 상기 셀렉터 작동수단에 의해 작동기어가 이동샤프트에서 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속 자동차용 자동변속장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부에서는,
자동차의 속도, 엔진 rpm, 구동축의 rpm, 엑셀위치, 브레이크작동여부, 기어위치 중 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 실시간으로 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속 자동차용 자동변속장치.

상기 구동모터에 저속센서가 더 구비되어 회전수를 측정하여 그 측정치를 상기 제어부로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속 자동차용 자동변속장치.

상기 프레임에는 위치센서가 더 구비되어 상기 웜기어나 피니언기어의 회전수를 측정하여 그 측정치를 상기 제어부로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수동변속 자동차용 자동변속장치.
