Abstract
본 발명에 따른 내열강은 중량%로, 탄소(C) : 0.13~0.17%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.1~0.3%, 망간(Mn) : 0.5~1.0%, 크롬(Cr) : 2.20~2.30%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.95~1.05%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.05~0.15%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.05~0.15%, 바나듐(V) : 0.05~0.15%, 칼슘(Ca) : 0.001 ~ 0.004%, 지르코늄(Zr) : 0.01~0.03% 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

도 2는 실시예 1에 따라 제조된 열연 시편의 온도에 따른 석출물 계산 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (7)
- 중량%로, 탄소(C) : 0.13~0.17%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.1~0.3%, 망간(Mn) : 0.5~1.0%, 크롬(Cr) : 2.20~2.30%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.95~1.05%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.05~0.15%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.05~0.15%, 바나듐(V) : 0.05~0.15%, 칼슘(Ca) : 0.001 ~ 0.004%, 지르코늄(Zr) : 0.01~0.03% 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브 강재를 FDT(Finishing Delivery Temperature) : 800~900℃로 마무리 압연하는 열간압연 단계; 및
상기 열간압연된 강재를 CT(Coiling Temperature) : 550~650℃까지 냉각하여 권취하는 냉각/권취 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열강 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열간압연 단계 이전에, 슬라브 강재를 SRT(Slab Reheating Temperature) : 1200~1250℃로 재가열하는 슬라브 재가열 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열강 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 슬라브 강재는
중량%로, 인(P) : 0% 초과 내지 0.018%이하, 황(S) : 0% 초과 내지 0.003% 이하 및 질소(N) : 0% 초과 내지 0.008%이하를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열강 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 슬라브 강재는
[Ca]/[S] ≥ 1.5 (여기서, [ ]는 각 원소의 중량%)를 만족하는 범위에서 칼슘(Ca) 및 황(S)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열강 제조 방법.
- 중량%로, 탄소(C) : 0.13~0.17%, 실리콘(Si) : 0.1~0.3%, 망간(Mn) : 0.5~1.0%, 크롬(Cr) : 2.20~2.30%, 몰리브덴(Mo) : 0.95~1.05%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.05~0.15%, 티타늄(Ti) : 0.05~0.15%, 바나듐(V) : 0.05~0.15%, 칼슘(Ca) : 0.001 ~ 0.004%, 지르코늄(Zr) : 0.01~0.03% 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열강.
