Claims (4)
- 하우징(400)의 상부에 샤프트(410)가 일체로 성형되고 하부에는 고정자(500)가 삽입되어 상기 샤프트(410)와 결합하며 후방하우징(700)은 상기 고정자(500)와 접촉하는 PCB(600)를 내재하여 상기 하우징(400)의 하부에 결합하고 상기 샤프트(410)가 삽입되어 회전하는 회전자(300)에는 임펠러가 회전하면서 유입구(210)로 액체를 유입한 후 배출구(220)로 배출시키는 커버(200)가 구비된 차량용 액체펌프(100)에 있어서,
상기 샤트프(410)를 기준으로 회전하는 상기 회전자(300)의 중심 관통공에 내마모성 재질인 부싱(320)을 구비하면 상기 부싱(320)이 상기 샤프트(410)와 접촉하면서 회전하므로 상기 회전자(300)와 상기 샤프트(410) 사이에 발생하는 진동이나 소음발생이 감소하고,
상기 하우징(400)의 내측의 회전자 삽입홈(420)에 상기 회전자(300)가 삽입되게 하며, 상기 회전자 삽입홈(420)의 내측에는 내부하우징(430)이 상기 하우징(400)과 일체로 구비되어 상기 하우징(400)의 상부와 하부를 차단하면서 상기 회전자(300)가 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전자에 마찰을 감소시키는 부싱이 구비된 차량용 액체펌프.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 부싱(320)의 재질은 피크(폴리에테르에테르케톤)인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전자에 마찰을 감소시키는 부싱이 구비된 차량용 액체펌프.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 샤프트(410)와 회전자(300)의 조립시에 회전자의 중심에 구비된 부싱(320)을 관통하여 삽입되는 샤프트의 끝단을 D자 형태로 하여 회전자보다 약 5[㎜] 정도 돌출되게 하고, D형태인 샤프트 끝단에 D링(800)으로 고정하면 회전자가 회전시에 발생하는 추력을 상쇄시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 회전자에 마찰을 감소시키는 부싱이 구비된 차량용 액체펌프.
