Claims (7)
- 상호 일정간격 이격되어 평행하게 배치되는 한 쌍의 헤더탱크(110);상기 한 쌍의 헤더탱크(110)에 양단부가 연통되게 결합되는 다수의 튜브(120);상기 튜브(120)들 사이에 개재되는 방열핀(130);상기 튜브(120) 및 방열핀(130)을 보호하기 위해 이들의 최외곽에 설치되는 한 쌍의 사이드 서포트(140)(140a)를 포함하여 이루어진 열교환기에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 사이드 서포트(140)(140a) 중 일측 사이드 서포트(140)는 상기 한 쌍의 헤더탱크(110)에 결합되는 몸체(141)와, 상기 몸체(141)의 양측에 강도보강 및 실링부재(101) 부착면(142a)을 형성할 수 있도록 다단절곡됨과 아울러 끝단부가 상기 방열핀(130)을 눌러주는 리브(142)로 이루어지되,상기 일측 사이드 서포트(140)의 폭을 Ws라 할 때, 상기 몸체(141)에 형성된 리브의 폭(B)은 다음식, 0.12×Ws ≤ B ≤ 0.3×Ws 를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 리브(142)는 "ㄷ"자 형태로 절곡됨과 아울러 몸체(141)의 외측방향으로 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 튜브(120)의 높이를 Ht라 할 때, 상기 한 쌍의 사이드 서포 트(140)(140a) 중 적어도 하나의 사이드 서포트의 높이(Hs)는 다음식, 0.8×Ht ≤ Hs ≤ 1.35×Ht 를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 몸체(141)의 양단부에는 상기 한 쌍의 헤더탱크(110)에 삽입 결합되도록 삽입부(141a)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 사이드 서포트(140)(140a) 중 적어도 하나의 사이드 서포트의 외측면은 상기 한 쌍의 헤더탱크(110)의 끝단부와 일치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 삭제
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 일측 사이드 서포트(140)의 폭을 Ws라 할 때, 상기 몸체(141)의 양단부에 형성된 삽입부(141a)의 폭(A)은 다음식, 0.35×Ws ≤ A ≤ 0.6×Ws 를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
