Claims (6)
- 내부에 중공이 형성된 고정자; 상기 고정자의 중공내에 회전가능하게 설치되는 회전자; 상기 회전자내에 원주방향으로 다수개가 매설되며, 서로 인접하게 되는 소정영역의 양단부가 상기 회전자의 외주연을 따라 돌출되게 형성된 마그네트;를 포함하며,상기 양단부는 그 외측면이 인접하는 다른 마그네트의 양단부의 외측면과 이격되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬리스 직류 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양단부 사이는 상기 회전자의 외주연 내측으로 오목하게 형성된 수평부로 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬리스 직류 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정자는 코일이 설치되고 원주방향을 따라 배치되는 슬롯과, 상기 슬롯사이에 구획하는 티스부를 포함하며, 상기 양단부가 형성되는 영역은 상기 회전자의 중심과 이루는 중심각인 θ가 360°/(상기 티스부의 개수)/2 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬리스 직류 모터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양단부의 폭(Wa)은 상기 수평부의 폭(Wb) 보다 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬리스 직류 모터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양단부의 내측면은 상기 수평부와 수직을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬리스 직류 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양단부는 그 외측면이 인접하는 다른 마그네트의 양단부의 외측면과 상기 회전자의 반경방향으로 서로 평행하게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 브러쉬리스 직류 모터.
