Claims (12)
- 자동차 스티어링 시스템의 스티어링 스핀들(2)을 로킹시키기 위한 스티어링 로크(a steering lock)(1)에 있어서,a) 상기 스티어링 로크(1)는, 그 종축(3)의 방향으로 변위될 수 있으며, 전기기계적 드라이브(6)에 의해 로킹 위치로부터 언로킹 위치로 작동 가능하며, 언로킹 위치에 있어서 고정 요소(7)에 의해 고정 가능한 블로킹 요소(5)를 포함하며, 상기 고정 요소(7)는 레버의 형태이며, 정지 위치로부터 해제 위치로 변위될 수 있거나, 하우징상에 고정된 피봇축(15)을 중심으로 피봇 가능하며,b) 상기 블로킹 요소(5)의 변위를 위해서, 상기 블로킹 요소는 상기 전기기계적 드라이브(6)의 구동 휠(10)의 제 1 제어 윤곽선(12)(first control contour)상에서 적어도 제 1 캠(11)에 의해 지지되며, 상기 구동 휠(10)의 회전축(13)은 상기 블로킹 요소(5)의 종축(3)에 대해서 수직으로 배열되어 있으며,c) 상기 고정 요소(7)는 상기 구동 휠(10)에 연결된 제어 윤곽선(12, 62)상에 지지 가능한 방식으로 유사하게 배치된 제 2 캠(19)에 연결되며, 상기 고정 요소(7)에 할당된 상기 제어 윤곽선(12, 62)은, 상기 전기기계적 드라이브(6)가 언로킹 위치로부터 로킹 위치로 블로킹 요소(5)를 변위시키도록 작동된 후에, 상기 고정 요소(7)가 우선 정지 위치로부터 해제 위치로 피봇되거나 또는 변위되고, 그리고 이어서 블로킹 요소(5)가 가능한 로크된 위치로 이동되게 하는 방식으로 선택된 프로파일을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는스티어링 로크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고정 요소(7)의 피봇축(15)은 상기 구동 휠(10)의 회전축(13)에 평행하게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는스티어링 로크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 고정 요소(7)의 제 2 캠(19)은 상기 구동 휠(10)의 제 1 제어 윤곽선(12)상에 지지 가능한 방식으로 배열되며, 상기 제어 윤곽선은 상기 블로킹 요소(5)에 할당되는 것을 특징으로 하는스티어링 로크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 고정 요소(7)의 제 2 캠(19)은 상기 제 1 제어 윤곽선(12)과 별개로 배열된 제 2 제어 윤곽선(62)상에 지지 가능한 방식으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는스티어링 로크.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 제어 윤곽선(12) 및 상기 제 2 제어 윤곽선(62)은 상기 구동 휠(10)의 대향 측면(60, 61)상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는스티어링 로크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 구동 휠(10)의 제 1 제어 윤곽선(12)은 2개의 곡선 섹션(14, 21)을 구비하며, 제 1 곡선 섹션(14)은 상기 구동 휠(10)의 회전축(13)으로부터 일정한 반경방향 거리에 있으며, 제 2 곡선 섹션(21)은 상기 제 1 곡선 섹션(14)으로부터 상기 구동 휠(10)의 회전축(13)을 향해 경사진 프로파일을 갖고 있으며,상기 제 1 곡선 섹션(14)의 반경방향 거리는, 상기 제 1 캠(11)이 상기 제 1 곡선 섹션(14)상에 지지되는 경우, 상기 블로킹 요소(5)가 언로킹 위치에 도달되게 하는 방식으로 선택되며,상기 제 1 곡선 섹션(14)의 길이는, 로킹 작동 동안에, 상기 제 2 캠(19)이 상기 고정 요소(7)를 정지 위치로부터 해제 위치까지 피봇시킬 때까지 상기 제 1 캠(11)이 상기 제 1 곡선 섹션(14)상에 지지되게 하는 방식으로 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는스티어링 로크.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 곡선 섹션(21)은 상기 구동 휠(19)의 회전축(13)의 바로 근방으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는스티어링 로크.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 구동 휠(10)의 제 1 제어 윤곽선(12)은 2개의 곡선 섹션(14, 21)을 구비하며, 제 1 곡선 섹션(14)은 상기 구동 휠(10)의 회전축(13)으로부터 일정한 반경방향 거리에 있으며, 제 2 곡선 섹션(21)은 상기 제 1 곡선 섹션(14)으로부터 상기 구동 휠(10)의 회전축(13)을 향해 경사진 프로파일을 갖고 있으며,상기 제 1 곡선 섹션(14)의 반경방향 거리는, 상기 제 1 캠(11)이 상기 제 1 곡선 섹션(14)상에 지지되는 경우, 상기 블로킹 요소(5)가 언로킹 위치에 도달되게 하는 방식으로 선택되며,상기 제 1 곡선 섹션(14)의 길이는, 로킹 작동 동안에, 상기 제 2 캠(19)이 상기 고정 요소(7)를 정지 위치로부터 해제 위치까지 피봇시킬 때까지 상기 제 1 캠(11)이 상기 제 1 곡선 섹션(14)상에 지지되게 하는 방식으로 선택되며,상기 구동 휠(10)의 제 2 제어 윤곽선(62)은 제 2 곡선 섹션(64)을 구비하며, 상기 제 2 곡선 섹션(64)은, 상기 제 2 캠(19)이 이러한 제 2 곡선 섹션(64)상에 지지될 때, 상기 고정 요소(7)가 정지 위치로부터 해제 위치로 피봇되게 하는 방식으로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는스티어링 로크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 고정 요소(7)는, 그 일 단부에, 기본적으로 L자형 돌출부(limb)로 형성된 블로킹 부분(17)을 포함하고 있으며,상기 블로킹 부분(17)은 상기 블로킹 요소(5)를 언로킹 위치에 고정하기 위해서 상기 블로킹 요소(5)의 단차형 돌기(18) 아래로 피봇될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는스티어링 로크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 블로킹 요소(5)는 볼트형 하부 부분(50)과, 상기 하부 부분(50)과 인접한 기본적으로 활형상 상부 부분(51)을 구비하며, 상기 볼트형 하부 부분(50)에 대향해서 놓여 있는 상부 부분(51)의 아암(52)의 적어도 부분 영역은 제 1 아암(11)으로서 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는스티어링 로크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 구동 휠(10)이 전기기계적 드라이브(6)의 치형 휠인 것을 특징으로 하는스티어링 로크.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 치형 휠(10)이 워엄 휠 드라이브의 워엄 휠인 것을 특징으로 하는스티어링 로크.
