Description
Claims (18)
- 표시패널과,상기 표시패널로 구동전압을 공급하며, 상기 구동전압을 가변하는 가변회로를 내장한 전원 공급부와,상기 전원 공급부로부터 상기 표시패널로 상기 구동전압이 공급되는 기간 동안 상기 표시패널로 유입되는 패널전류를 검출하는 전류 검출부를 포함하며,상기 구동전압을 가변하면서 상기 패널전류의 변화율을 산출하여 제 1구동전압을 설정하고,상기 제 1구동전압은 상기 구동전압에 따른 상기 패널전류의 미분값이 변화되는 변곡점에서의 구동전압으로 설정되며,상기 표시패널은 복수의 발광색을 각각 표시하는 복수의 화소들을 포함하고, 각 발광색 별로 검출된 상기 제 1구동전압 중 가장 큰 값이 상기 표시패널에 인가되는 제 1구동전압으로 설정되는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제 1구동전압은 상기 구동전압의 증가에 따른 상기 패널전류의 미분값이 감소되는 시점에서의 구동전압으로 설정되는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전원 공급부는, 정측 출력단자로 제1 전원전압을 출력하고, 부측 출력 단자로 제2 전원전압을 출력하며, 상기 구동전압은 상기 제1 전원전압 및 상기 제2 전원전압의 전압차로 설정되는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제1 전원전압은 고전위 전원전압이고, 상기 제2 전원전압은 저전위 전원전압인 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 전원 공급부는 상기 제1 전원전압을 가변하여 상기 구동전압을 가변하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 전류 검출부는 상기 전원 공급부로부터의 상기 제1 전원전압을 상기 표시패널로 전달하는 제1 전원 공급라인 상에 위치되어, 상기 제1 전원 공급라인에 흐르는 상기 패널전류를 검출하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전류 검출부는,상기 패널전류를 검출하는 전류센서와,상기 패널전류의 변화율을 산출하는 변화율 산출부를 포함하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 변화율 산출부는 상기 구동전압에 따른 상기 패널전류의 미분값을 연산하여 출력하는 연산기로 구현된 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 변화율 산출부는 상기 구동전압에 따른 상기 패널전류의 미분값을 출력하는 아날로그 미분기로 구현된 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 전류 검출부는, 상기 패널전류의 변화율에 따라 상기 전원 공급부를 제어하는 제어신호를 생성하는 제어신호 생성부를 더 포함하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제 1구동전압을 설정하는 동안 상기 표시패널은 정지영상을 표시하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제 1구동전압을 설정하는 동안 상기 표시패널은 최고계조에 해당하는 데이터를 공급받는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 구동전압을 가변하면서 표시패널로 공급하는 단계와,상기 구동전압이 공급되는 기간 동안 상기 표시패널로 유입되는 패널전류를 검출하는 단계와,상기 구동전압에 따른 상기 패널전류의 변화율을 산출하여 제 1구동전압을 설정하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 제 1구동전압은 상기 구동전압에 따른 상기 패널전류의 미분값이 변화되는 변곡점에서의 구동전압으로 설정되며,상기 표시패널은 복수의 발광색을 각각 표시하는 복수의 화소들을 포함하고, 각 발광색 별로 검출된 상기 제 1구동전압 중 가장 큰 값이 상기 표시패널에 인가되는 제 1구동전압으로 설정되는 유기전계발광 표시장치의 구동전압 설정방법.
- 삭제
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제 1구동전압은 상기 구동전압의 증가에 따른 상기 패널전류의 미분값이 감소되는 시점에서의 구동전압으로 설정되는 유기전계발광 표시장치의 구동전압 설정방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제 1구동전압을 설정하는 동안 상기 표시패널로 정지영상의 데이터를 공급하는 유기전계발광 표시장치의 구동전압 설정방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 제 1구동전압을 설정하는 동안 상기 표시패널로 최고계조에 해당하는 데이터를 공급하는 유기전계발광 표시장치의 구동전압 설정방법.
