Abstract
이를 위해 본 발명은, 끼움구멍(11)이 통공된 상판(12)이 구비되고 상판(12)의 하부를 지지하는 다리(13)가 구비되는 베이스체(10)와; 상기 베이스체(10)의 상판(12) 상면에 위치되고 상단에 비드안착구(20)가 방사상으로 구비된 턴테이블(30)과; 상기 베이스체(10)의 상판(12)에 통공된 끼움구멍(11)에 끼워지고 상기 턴테이블(30)의 하면과 상단이 연결되며 하단에 회전풀리(41)가 결합된 회전축(40)과; 상기 회전축(40)의 회전풀리(41)를 회전시킴으로써 상기 턴테이블(30)을 회전시키는 구동체(50)와; 상기 베이스체(10)의 상판(12) 상면에 위치되는 상기 턴테이블(30)의 상부 일측에 위치되어 상기 턴테이블(30)에 방사상으로 구비되는 비드안착구(20)에 안착된 비드(101)를 용접하는 용접봉(61)이 구비된 전열용접체(60)가 포함되어 이루어진다.

Claims (4)
- 끼움구멍(11)이 통공된 상판(12)이 구비되고 상판(12)의 하부를 지지하는 다리(13)가 구비되는 베이스체(10)와;
상기 베이스체(10)의 상판(12) 상면에 위치되고 상단에 비드안착구(20)가 방사상으로 구비된 턴테이블(30)과;
상기 베이스체(10)의 상판(12)에 통공된 끼움구멍(11)에 끼워지고 상기 턴테이블(30)의 하면과 상단이 연결되며 하단에 회전풀리(41)가 결합된 회전축(40)과;
상기 회전축(40)의 회전풀리(41)를 회전시킴으로써 상기 턴테이블(30)을 회전시키는 구동체(50)와;
상기 베이스체(10)의 상판(12) 상면에 위치되는 상기 턴테이블(30)의 상부 일측에 위치되어 상기 턴테이블(30)에 방사상으로 구비되는 비드안착구(20)에 안착된 비드(101)를 용접하는 용접봉(61)이 구비된 전열용접체(60)가 포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 전열용접체(60)의 용접봉(61)은,
상기 전열용접체(60)로부터 상기 턴테이블(30)의 일측으로 연장되는 제1용접부(61a)와;
상기 제1용접부(61a)로부터 연장되고 상기 턴테이블(30)에 대해 상부측으로 절곡되는 절곡부(61b)와;
상기 절곡부(61b)로부터 상기 전열용접체(60)측으로 연장되어 연결되고 상기 턴테이블(30)의 상면에 구비되는 비드안착구(20)가 내측으로 지나가도록 상기 제1용접부(61a)로부터 간격을 유지하는 제2용접부(61c)가 포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이어소우 비드 용접기. - 삭제
