Claims (2)
- 몰드의 회전속도를 서서히 올리는 워밍업 단계와,상기 워밍업 단계 후에 외층재를 투입하여 제1회전속도로 일정시간 몰드를 회전시켜 외층을 형성하는 외층형성단계와;상기 외층형성단계 후 내층재를 투입하여 제2회전속도로 일정시간 몰드를 회전시킨 다음, 제3회전속도로 일정시간 몰드를 회전시킨 후, 제4회전속도로 일정시간 몰드를 회전시키는 3단계로 회전시켜 내층을 형성하는 내층형성단계로 이루어지고,상기 제1회전속도는 835~850 rpm으로 하고, 상기 제2회전속도는 850~870 rpm으로 하며, 상기 제3회전속도는 770~785 rpm으로 하고, 상기 제4회전속도는 685~710 rpm으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수평원심주조법에 의한 압연용 슬리브 롤의 제조방법.
