Claims (5)
- 야간 운행시 차량 전방의 일정 거리 만큼 적외선을 조사하는 적외선 LED(110),상기 적외선 LED(110)의 조사 결과로 전방의 차량과 물체에서 반사된 적외선 영상을 수집하는 적외선 카메라(120),상기 적외선 카메라(120)의 적외선 정보를 해석하여 물체, 상대 차선 차량 및 같은 차선의 선행 차량 정보로 구분하는 영상 처리기(130),전방의 차량과 물체에서 반사된 조도를 측정하는 조도계(140),상기 영상 처리기(130) 및 조도계(140)를 제어하고, 상기 조도계(140)에서 측정된 조도를 분석하여 조도 밝기 정도를 특정하고, 상기 조도 밝기 정도에 대응하여 상기 영상 처리기(130)에서 수집된 정보를 매칭시켜 상향등의 밝기 정도와 상향등의 점소등 여부를 제어하는 차량등 제어기(150), 및상기 차량등 제어기(150)로부터 제어 명령을 받고, 상기 제어 명령에 대응하여 전조등의 밝기와 상향등의 점소등을 조절하는 디머(160)를 포함하는 차량등 자동제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,전방의 차량과 물체로 초음파를 발산하는 초음파 센서(180), 및상기 초음파 센서(180)에 의해 발산된 초음파로 인하여 반사된 신호를 측정 하여 거리 정도를 계산하는 거리 측정기(190)를 더 포함하는 것인 차량등 자동제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 차량등 제어기(150)는,상기 거리 측정기(190)를 더 제어하고, 상기 거리 측정기(190)에서 계산된 거리 정도를 매칭된 정보에 반영하여 상향등의 밝기 정도와 상향등의 점소등을 제어하거나 후방 차량을 위한 후방등의 점소등 제어에 이용하는 것인 차량등 자동제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 차량등 제어기(150)는,상기 영상 처리기(130), 조도계(140) 및 거리 측정기(190)의 제어 결과에 따라 상응하는 내용을 전방 표시기(195)를 통하여 음성으로 알려주게 하는 것인 차량등 자동제어 장치.
- (a) 운행중인 차량에서 전방의 차량과 물체로부터 반사된 조도를 측정하는 단계,(b) 상기 (a) 단계의 조도 측정에 따라 최하의 조도에 해당될 경우 제어 가능한 적외선 LED(110), 영상처리기(130), 조도계(140), 디머(160), 거리 측정기(190), 및 전방 표시기(195)를 활성하는 단계,(c) 상기 영상처리기(130) 및 조도계(140)에서 측정된 결과를 조합하여 상향등의 밝기 정도와 상향등의 점소등 여부를 제어하기 위한 조건을 판단하는 단계,(d) 상기 (c) 단계의 조건 판단을 기초로 하여 상기 디머(160)로 제어 명령하는 단계, 및(e) 상기 디머(160)에서 상기 제어 명령에 대응하여 전조등을 조정하는 단계를 포함하는 차량등 자동제어 방법.
