Claims (13)
- 2차 전지(100)의 전압을 검출하고, 검출된 전압값이 정상 전압 범위를 벗어났을 때에, 2차 전지의 전압이 이상하다고 판단하는 이상 전압 검출 장치가 고장 났는지 여부를 판단하는 이상 전압 검출 장치(40, 31)의 고장 진단 방법이며,
상기 이상 전압 검출 장치와 2차 전지 사이의 전기적 접속을 차단하는 단계와,
상기 2차 전지와는 상이하며, 정상 전압 범위를 벗어난 소정의 전압값을 갖는 직류 전압을 발생시킬 수 있는 직류 전압 발생부(20)에, 이상 전압 검출 장치를 접속시키는 단계와,
상기 직류 전압 발생부를 이용해, 정상 전압 범위를 벗어난 소정의 전압값을 갖는 직류 전압을 이상 전압 검출 장치에 인가하는 단계와,
상기 이상 전압 검출 장치에 의해 전압이 이상하다고 판단되지 않았을 경우, 상기 이상 전압 검출 장치가 고장 났다고 판단하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 직류 전압 발생부는 정상 전압 범위를 벗어난 일정 전압값을 갖는 직류 전압을 발생시킬 수 있도록 구성되고,
상기 직류 전압 발생부는 상기 2차 전지와는 상이한 외부 전원으로부터의 전압을, 정상 전압 범위를 벗어난 소정의 전압값을 갖는 직류 전압으로 변환가능한 변환 장치를 포함하고,
이상 전압 검출 장치의 고장 진단 방법은,
상기 변환 장치 및 이상 전압 검출 장치를 외부 전원에 전기적으로 접속시키는 단계와,
상기 외부 전원으로부터의 전압을 직류 전압으로 변환시키는 단계와,
변환된 직류 전압을 이상 전압 검출 장치에 인가하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 이상 전압 검출 장치의 고장 진단 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부 전원은 상용 전원인, 이상 전압 검출 장치의 고장 진단 방법.
- 2차 전지 시스템이며,
2차 전지(100)와,
상기 2차 전지에 전기적으로 접속 및 차단될 수 있으며, 2차 전지의 전압을 검출하고, 검출된 전압값이 정상 전압 범위를 벗어난 경우 2차 전지의 전압이 이상하다고 판단하는 이상 전압 검출 장치(40, 31)와,
ⅰ) 이상 전압 검출 장치에 전기적으로 접속 및 차단될 수 있고, ⅱ) 정상 전압 범위를 벗어난 소정의 전압값을 갖는 직류 전압을 발생시킬 수 있으며, ⅲ) 2차 전지와는 상이한, 직류 전압 발생부(20)를 포함하며,
상기 이상 전압 검출 장치가 2차 전지와는 전기적으로 차단되고 직류 전압 발생부에 전기적으로 접속되며, 직류 전압 발생부가 직류 전압을 이상 전압 검출 장치에 인가할 때, 2차 전지의 전압이 이상하다고 이상 전압 검출 장치가 판단하지 않을 경우에는, 이상 전압 검출 장치가 고장 났다고 판단하고,
상기 직류 전압 발생부는 정상 전압 범위를 벗어난 일정 전압값을 갖는 직류 전압을 발생시킬 수 있도록 구성되고,
ⅰ) 외부 전원으로부터의 전압을 직류 전압으로 변환시킬 수 있고, ⅱ) 이상 전압 검출 장치에 전기적으로 접속될 수 있으며, ⅲ) 직류 전압 발생부에 제공되는, 변환 장치와,
변환 장치 및 외부 전원에 전기적으로 접속될 수 있고, 변환 장치를 외부 전원에 전기적으로 접속하는, 접속부를 더 포함하며,
상기 접속부가 외부 전원에 전기적으로 접속되었을 때, 2차 전지 시스템은 이상 전압 검출 장치와 2차 전지 사이의 전기적 접속을 차단하고, 이상 전압 검출 장치를 변환 장치 및 접속부에 전기적으로 접속시키는, 2차 전지 시스템. - 제3항에 있어서, 직류 전압이 이상 전압 검출 장치에 인가되고, 2차 전지의 전압이 이상하다고 이상 전압 검출 장치가 판단하지 않았을 경우, 이상 전압 검출 장치가 고장 났다고 판단하는 고장 판단부를 더 포함하는, 2차 전지 시스템.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 접속부가 외부 전원에 전기적으로 접속된 상태에서, 2차 전지는 외부 전원으로부터 공급되는 전력을 사용해서 충전될 수 있는, 2차 전지 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 접속부가 외부 전원에 전기적으로 접속되어서, 고장 진단이 이상 전압 검출 장치에서 실행된 후 또는 고장 진단이 이상 전압 검출 장치에서 실행되고 있을 때, 2차 전지의 충전을 개시하는, 2차 전지 시스템.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 외부 전원은 상용 전원인, 2차 전지 시스템.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 2차 전지는 정극, 세퍼레이터 및 부극을 갖는 전극체를 포함하고, 상기 정극은 2상 충방전을 행하는 정극 활물질을 포함하며, 상기 부극은 충방전에 의해 상 변화를 수반하는 부극 활물질을 포함하는, 2차 전지 시스템.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 따른 2차 전지 시스템을 구비한 하이브리드 차량.
