Claims (8)
- 2차 전지의 충방전을 행할 때에 전력 사용량의 제한을 가하는 2차 전지의 전력 제어 방법으로서,2차 전지를 흐르는 충방전 전류, 충방전 전압에 근거하여 2차 전지의 전류-전압 특성의 함수를 결정하고,2차 전지의 과방전 방지를 위한 소정의 하한 전압 Vmin 및/또는 과충전 방지를 위한 소정의 상한 전압 Vmax와 상기 함수의 교점으로부터, 방전 제한 전류 Imax 및/또는 충전 제한 전류 Imin을 구하고,상기 방전 제한 전류 Imax 이상의 전류 및/또는 충전 제한 전류 Imin 이하의 전류를 2차 전지에 통전하지 않도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 전력 제어 방법.
- 2차 전지의 충방전을 행할 때에 전력 사용량의 제한을 가하는 2차 전지의 전력 제어 방법으로서,2차 전지를 흐르는 충방전 전류 IL 및 충방전 전압 VL을 측정하고,이것들에 근거하여 2차 전지의 개방 전압 VOCV와 내부 저항 RO를 계산하고,다음 식[식 1]VL=VOCV-ROIL로 표시되는 직선과, 2차 전지의 과방전 방지를 위한 소정의 하한 전압 Vmin 및/또는 과충전 방지를 위한 소정의 상한 전압 Vmax의 교점으로부터 방전 제한 전류 Imax 및/또는 충전 제한 전류 Imin을 구하고,상기 방전 제한 전류 Imax 이상의 전류 및/또는 충전 제한 전류 Imin 이하의 전류를 2차 전지에 통전하지 않도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 전력 제어 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,2차 전지의 방전중의 방전 전압 V1, 방전 전류 I1을 정기적으로 측정하고, 상기 식 1로부터 얻은 다음 식[식 2]VOCV=VL+ROIL로부터 VOCV를 갱신하고, 그 VOCV를 반영한 식 1과, 2차 전지의 과방전 방지를 위한 소정의 하한 전압 Vmin의 교점으로부터 방전 제한 전류 Imax를 구하고,상기 방전 제한 상류 Imax 이상의 전류를 2차 전지에 통전하지 않도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 전력 제어 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,2차 전지의 충전중의 충전 전압 V2, 방전 전류 I1을 정기적으로 측정하고,식 2로부터 VOCV를 갱신하고, 상기 VOCV를 반영한 식 1과, 2차 전지의 과충전 방지를 위한 소정의 상한 전압 Vmax의 교점으로부터 충전 제한 전류 Imin을 구하고,상기 충전 제한 전류 Imin 이상의 전류를 2차 전지에 통전하지 않도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 전력 제어 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,방전중인 시점에 있어서 연산한 2차 전지의 개방 전압 VOCV와 내부 저항 RO로부터, 그 시점에서 방전 가능한 최대 방전 전력량 Plimd를 다음 식[식 3]Plimd=Vmin*(VOCV-Vmin)/RO로 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 전력 제어 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,충전중인 시점에 있어서 연산한 2차 전지의 개방 전압 VOCV와 내부 저항 RO로부터, 그 시점에서 충전 가능한 최대 충전 전력량 Plimc를 다음 식[식 4]Plimc=Vmax*(Vmax-VOCV)/RO로 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 전력 제어 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,2차 전지에 접속된 접속 기기의 구동을 행하지 않을 때에 펄스 방전을 복수 회 반복하여 방전 전류 및 방전 전압을 검출하고, 방전 전류 IL 및 방전 전압 VL에 근거하여 2차 전지의 개방 전압 VOCV와 내부 저항 RO를 갱신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지의 전력 제어 방법.
- 복수의 2차 전지를 구비하는 전지 유닛(20)과,상기 전지 유닛(20)에 포함되는 2차 전지의 전압을 검출하기 위한 전압 검출부(12)와,상기 전지 유닛(20)에 포함되는 2차 전지의 온도를 검출하기 위한 온도 검출부(14)와,상기 전지 유닛(20)에 포함되는 2차 전지에 흐르는 전류를 검출하기 위한 전류 검출부(16)와,상기 전압 검출부(12)와 온도 검출부(14)와 전류 검출부(16)로부터 입력되는 신호를 연산하여 2차 전지의 최대 제한 전류치를 검출하는 제어 연산부(18)와,상기 제어 연산부(18)에서 연산된 잔용량이나 최대 제한 전류치를 접속 기기에 전송하는 통신 처리부(19)를 구비하고 있고,상기 제어 연산부(18)가 2차 전지를 흐르는 충방전 전류, 충방전 전압 중 적어도 어느 하나에 근거하여 2차 전지의 전류-전압 특성의 함수를 결정하고,2차 전지의 과방전 방지를 위한 소정의 하한 전압 Vmin 및/또는 과충전 방지를 위한 소정의 상한 전압 Vmax와 상기 함수의 교점으로부터 방전 제한 전류 Imax 및/또는 충전 제한 전류 Imin을 구하고,상기 방전 제한 전류 Imax 이상의 전류 및/또는 충전 제한 전류 Imin 이하의 전류를 2차 전지에 통전하지 않도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 장치.
