Abstract
유산균(Lactobacillus acidophilus)은 유기물 분해효소(protease,cellulase, amylase 등), 비타민(foric acid), 아미노산(proline 등), 생장호르몬, 핵산(uracil, adenine 등) 등을 생산한다. 유산균이 활성화되면 종자발아 및 뿌리발육이 촉진되고, 유기산(acetic acid, lactic acid 등)을 생산하여 불용성 인산화합물의 양이온과 킬레이트 결합을 함으로써 인산을 가용화한다.
본 유산균미생물 액비는 유산균과 비료영양분을 동시에 함유하여 작물의 엽수, 엽중, 생체중의 증가에 따른 증수효과를 나타내는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 의한 미생물 제제 액비는 부유물질 함량이 낮아 관비시스템에 적용시 막힘이 생기지 않고 스프링쿨러나 점적 관비로 활용하는데 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명과 같이 유산균을 배양한 미생물 비료를 사용하면 분자가 큰 유기질을 유효하게 분해, 흡수하여 농산물의 맛이 좋으며, 항산화 물질이 많아 암을 예방하고 가축분뇨의 고부가가치 자원화와 환경오염을 방지하는데 현저한 효과가 있다.

Claims (8)
- SCB액비를 배지로 이용하여 배양된 유산균을 함유한 미생물 제제의 제조방법으로서,
상기 SCB 액비에 탄소원, 질소원, 무기질이 첨가되고,
상기 탄소원은 SCB 액비 100㎖에 대하여 당밀 0.5 ~ 5 w/v%포함되고,
상기 질소원은 SCB 액비 100㎖에 대하여 동물성 아미노산 0.5 ~ 5 w/v%포함되고,
상기 무기질은 SCB 액비 100㎖에 대하여 해초분말 0.1 ~ 0.5w/v%포함되며,
상기 SCB액비는 15기압 121℃ 조건에서 15분간 가압멸균 한 후 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유산균을 함유한 미생물 제제의 제조방법. - 삭제
