Claims (11)
- 내연기관(2)의 부속품(7, 10)들을 구동하는 폴리 V 벨트로서,엘라스토머(elastomer) 물질 본체(18);상기 본체에 길이 방향으로 매립되며, 나선형으로 감긴 코드(23)에 의해 정의되는 복수의 저항성 실 모양 인서트들(19); 및상기 본체(19)에 일체로 연결되며, 서로 인접한 복수의 V자형 리브들(21)을 구비하고 V자형 골들(22)이 교대로 형성된 연결부(20);를 포함하며,각각이 적어도 하나의 얀(24)으로 이루어진 적어도 두개의 겹침 얀(26)이 형성되는 제1 연사(twisting)와 상기 겹침 얀(26)들이 상기 코드(23)를 형성하기 위해 서로 꼬아진 제2 연사에 의하여, 상기 코드(23)는 복수의 필라멘트들(25)을 구비하는 얀(24)으로부터 제조되며,상기 제1 연사와 상기 제2 연사는 반대 방향으로 꼬아지며, 완성된 상기 코드(23)에서 상기 필라멘트들(25)이 코드의 축(A)과 이루는 각이 3.3도 보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 V 벨트.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 필라멘트들(25)이 코드의 축(A)을 따라 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 V 벨트.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 연사와 상기 제2 연사는 실질적으로 동일한 나선의 각들(α1, α2)로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 V 벨트.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서,상기 얀(24)을 구성하는 물질은 폴리아미드(polyamide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 V 벨트.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 얀(24)을 구성하는 물질은 폴리아미드 6.6인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 V 벨트.
- 제5 항에 있어서,상기 얀(24)을 구성하는 물질은 폴리아미드 4.6인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 V 벨트.
- 제1 항에 있어서,인장 탄성 계수를 9N/리브·mm 이하로 하고, 24시간 사용 후 장력 감소를 30% 이하로 테스트함으로써, 탄성 인장 계수와 장력 감소가 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 V 벨트.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 코드(23)는 두 개의 제1 연사와 세 개의 제2 연사로 이루어진 구성(2×3 구성)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 V 벨트.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 코드(23)는 한 개의 제1 연사와 세 개의 제2 연사로 이루어진 구성(1×3 구성)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 V 벨트.
