Claims (17)
- 하기의 단계를 포함하는 방법을 통해 제조된 지지 중합 촉매:(ⅰ) 다공성 지지체에 조촉매 첨가,(ⅱ) 중합가능 단량체 대 중합 촉매의 비를 1:1 내지 250:1 의 비율로 하여, 중합 촉매를 중합가능 단량체와 혼합, 및(ⅲ) 단계 (ⅰ) 및 (ⅱ) 로부터 생성된 요소를 함께 접촉시킴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체가 무기 금속 옥사이드인 지지 중합 촉매.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 무기 금속 옥사이드가 실리카인 지지 중합 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중합가능 단량체가 2 내지 10 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지지 중합 촉매.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 단량체가 1-헥센인 지지 중합 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중합 촉매가 전이 금속 화합물인 지지 중합 촉매.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 전이 금속 화합물이 메탈로센인 지지 중합 촉매.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 메탈로센이 하기의 화학식을 갖는 지지 중합 촉매:[식 중, R'의 각 존재는 수소, 하이드로카르빌, 실릴, 게르밀, 할로, 시아노 및 그 조합에서 독립적으로 선택되고, 상기 R'은 20 개 이하의 비수소 원자를 갖고, 두 R' 기(여기서 R'은 수소, 할로 또는 시아노가 아님)는 함께 시클로펜타디에닐 고리의 근접 위치에 연결되는 2가의 그 유도체를 형성하여, 융합 고리 구조를 형성하고 있어도 되고;X는 하이드라이드 또는 20 개 이하의 비-수소 원자 및 20 개 이하의 비-수소 원자를 갖는 중성 루이스 염기 리간드를 갖는 할로, 알킬, 아릴, 아릴옥시, 알콕시, 알콕시알킬, 아미도알킬, 및 실록시알킬로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 부분이고,Y는 -O-,-S-,-NR*-, 또는 -PR*-,M 는 하프늄, 티타늄 또는 지르코늄,Z* 는 SiR* 2, CR* 2, SiR* 2SIR* 2, CR* 2CR* 2, CR*=CR*, CR* 2SIR* 2, 또는 GeR* 2,여기서;R*의 각 존재는 독립적으로 수소이거나, 또는 하이드로카르빌, 실릴, 할로겐화 알킬, 할로겐화 아릴 및 그 조합에서 선택된 멤버이고,상기 R*은 10 개 이하의 비-수소 원자를 갖고, Z*로부터 두 개의 R*기 (여기서, R*은 수소가 아님), 또는 Z*로부터 한 개의 R*기와 Y로부터 한 개의 R*기가 고리 시스템을 형성하고 있어도 되고;n은 M의 원자가에 따라 1 또는 2임].
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 메탈로센이 하기의 화학식을 갖는 지지 중합 촉매:[식 중, R'의 각 존재는 수소, 하이드로카르빌, 실릴, 게르밀, 할로, 시아노 및 그 조합에서 독립적으로 선택되고, 상기 R'은 20 개 이하의 비수소 원자를 갖고, 두 개의 R' 기(여기서 R'은 수소, 할로 또는 시아노가 아님)는 함께 시클로펜타디에닐 고리의 근접 위치에 연결된 2가의 그 유도체를 형성하여, 융합 고리 구조를 형성하고 있어도 되고;X는 30개 이하의 비수소 원자를 갖는 중성 η4 결합된 디엔기이고, 이는 M과 π-착물을 형성함;Y는 -O-,-S-,-NR*-, 또는 -PR*-,M은 + 2 형식 산화 상태인 티타늄 또는 지르코늄;Z* 는 SiR* 2, CR* 2, SiR* 2SIR* 2, CR* 2CR* 2, CR*=CR*, CR* 2SIR* 2, 또는 GeR* 2,여기서; R*의 각 존재는 독립적으로 수소이거나, 또는 하이드로카르빌, 실릴, 할로겐화 알킬, 할로겐화 아릴 및 그 조합에서 선택된 멤버이고,상기 R*은 10 개 이하의 비-수소 원자를 갖고, Z*로부터 두 개의 R*기 (여기서, R*은 수소가 아님)또는 Z*로부터 한 개의 R*기와 Y로부터 한 개의 R*기가 고리 시스템을 형성하고 있어도 됨].

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조촉매가 하기의 화학식을 갖는 지지 중합 촉매:(L*-H)+ d (Ad-)[식 중, L*은 중성 루이스 염기,(L*-H)+ d 은 브론스테드 산,Ad-는 d- 전하를 갖는 비-배위 친화성 음이온, 및d는 1 내지 3의 정수임].
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 조촉매가 양이온, 및 활성 수소를 갖는 부분을 포함하는 하나 이상의 치환기를 갖는 음이온을 포함하는 지지 중합 촉매.
- (a) 에틸렌, (b) 프로필렌 (c) 에틸렌 및 프로필렌의 혼합물 및 (d) 하나 이상의 4 내지 10 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 α-올레핀과 (a), (b) 또는 (c)의 혼합물로부터 선택된 올레핀 단량체 중합 방법으로, 상기 방법은 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 지지 중합 촉매 존재하에서 수행되는 방법.
- 에틸렌의 중합 또는 에틸렌 및 3 내지 10 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는α-올레핀의 공중합 방법으로, 상기 방법은 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합 촉매가 존재하는 중합 조건하에서 수행되는 방법.
