Claims (19)
- 교번하여 순차적으로 적층된 처리토양층과 투수여재층을 포함하여 이루어지며,각 층의 처리토양층은 일정 체적을 갖는 단위토양층이 일정 간격 이격되어 복수개 배치되는 구조를 이루며,상기 단위토양층의 상단부에 일정량의 하천수를 저수함과 함께 단위토양층 내부로 하천수를 공급하는 저수부가 구비되며,상기 투수여재층은 상기 처리토양층보다 수리전도도가 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저수부의 체적은 상기 단위토양층의 체적 대비 1/5~1/3인 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저수부 내에 하천수의 오염물질을 흡착, 이온교환을 통해 제거하는 흡착여재가 더 구비되며, 상기 흡착여재는 마사토, 활성탄, 제올라이트(zeolite), 펄라이트(perlite), 부식토, 슬래그(slag) 중 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위토양층의 수리전도도는 자연토양과 여재의 혼합에 의해 제어되며, 상기 여재는 마사토, 활성탄, 제올라이트(zeolite), 펄라이트(perlite), 부식토, 슬래그(slag) 중 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 투수여재층은 처리토양층들 및 단위토양층들 사이에 구비되어 하천수 내에 존재하는 암모니아성 질소와 인을 흡착하거나, 이온교환을 통해 하천수 내의 오염물질을 제거하며, 상기 투수여재층은 마사토, 활성탄, 제올라이트(zeolite), 펄라이트(perlite), 부식토, 슬래그(slag) 중 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 처리토양층 또는 투수여재층의 전면 상에 격자 형태로 배치되어 하천수를 공급하는 하천수 분배관이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 처리토양층 또는 투수여재층이 복수의 구역으로 구 분된 상태에서, 상기 하천수 분배관을 통해 각각의 구역에 공급되는 하천수는 선택적으로 공급 또는 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 처리토양층과 투수여재층이 교번 적층된 상태에서 내부의 투수여재층에 직접 하천수가 공급되도록 하천수 분배관이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 처리토양층, 투수여재층 중 적어도 어느 한 곳 이상에 구비되어 처리토양층 또는 투수여재층에 산소를 공급하는 산기관이 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최하단의 처리토양층 또는 최하단의 투수여재층 하부에 구비되어 상기 처리토양층과 투수여재층을 거쳐 최종 처리된 처리수가 집수되는 집수조가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 처리토양층과 투수여재층의 둘레 및 바닥에 차폐벽이 구비되며, 최하단의 처리토양층 또는 투수여재층 하부에 자갈층이 구비되며 상기 자갈층이 집수조의 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 집수조에 집수된 처리수는 하천에 방류되거나 별도의 집수정에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 양수된 하천수를 일시 저류하여 하천수 내의 토사, 조류, 미세 플럭의 부유물질을 침전, 분리하는 전처리 저류조가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화장치.
- 교번하여 순차적으로 적층된 처리토양층과 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화방법에 있어서,각 층의 처리토양층은 일정 체적을 갖는 단위토양층이 일정 간격 이격되어 복수개 배치되는 구조를 이루며, 상기 단위토양층의 상단부에 일정량의 하천수를 저수함과 함께 단위토양층 내부로 하천수를 공급하는 저수부가 구비되며, 상기 투수여재층은 상기 처리토양층보다 수리전도도가 높으며,상기 단위토양층의 저수부 내의 하천수가 단위토양층을 투과하는 과정에서,상기 단위토양층 내의 호기성미생물이 하천수 내에 용존되어 있는 용존산소를 이용하여 하천수 내의 유기물을 분해함과 함께 질산화 반응을 통해 하천수에 존재하는 유기질소 및 암모니아성 질소(NH4-N)를 질산성 질소(NO3-N)로 전환하며,상기 단위토양층의 수리전도도는 0.001~0.05cm/s이며, 상기 투수여재층의 수리전도도는 상기 단위토양층보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화방법.

- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 처리토양층과 투수여재층에 하천수가 공급되기 전 에, 하천수 내의 부유물질을 침전분리하는 전처리 저류단계를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 처리토양층 또는 투수여재층의 전면 상에 격자 형태로 배치된 하천수 분배관을 통해 하천수가 공급되며, 상기 처리토양층 또는 투수여재층이 복수의 구역으로 구분된 상태에서, 상기 하천수 분배관을 통해 각각의 구역에 공급되는 하천수는 선택적으로 공급 또는 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처리토양층 및 투수여재층을 이용한 하천수질 정화방법.
