Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시형태에 따른 사출 성형기에서의 사출용 빌트인 모터측의 슬리브와 볼 나사 기구의 나사축의 단부와의 연결 및 고정부를 나타낸 주요부 확대도이다.
도 3은 도 2에서의 컨넥터의 확대 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일실시형태에 따른 사출 성형기에서의, 계량용 빌트인 모터측의 슬리브와, 스크류의 기단부를 고정 및 유지한 회전 컨넥터 및 볼 나사 기구의 너트 바디와의 연결 및 고정부를 나타낸 주요부 확대도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일실시형태에 따른 사출 성형기의 제어계의 구성을 간략하게 나타낸 블록도이다.

Claims (3)
- 가열 실린더 내의 스크류를 회전시킴으로써, 원료 수지를 혼련(kneading) 및 가소화하면서 스크류의 선단측으로 이송하여, 스크류의 선단측에 계량된 용융 수지를 축적하고, 스크류의 전진에 의해 금형 내에 용융 수지를 사출 및 충전하는 인라인 스크류식의 사출 성형기에 있어서,
계량용 전동 모터로서, 원통형의 고정자와 상기 고정자의 내부에 위치하는 원통형의 회전자를 갖는 내부가 중공(hollow)인 빌트인(Built-In)형 모터를 사용하여, 이 빌트인형 모터의 회전자의 내부에 슬리브를 고정하고, 상기 스크류의 후단부가 고정되는 부재와 상기 슬리브를 연결 및 고정하는 동시에, 사출용 전동 모터의 회전을 직선 운동으로 변환하는 볼 나사 기구(ball screw mechanism)의 직선 이동부인 너트 바디와 상기 슬리브를 연결 및 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기. - 제1항에 있어서,
계량 공정에서, 빌트인형 모터로 이루어지는 상기 계량용 전동 모터의 회전 제어를 행하는 동시에, 상기 스크류를 회전 구동시킴에 따른 너트 바디의 회전에 의한 너트 바디의 직선 이동을 제거하도록, 사출용 전동 모터의 회전 제어를 행하는, 컨트롤러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 사출용 전동 모터로서 빌트인형 모터를 사용하고, 이 사출용 전동 모터로서의 빌트인형 모터의 회전자의 내부에 고정한 슬리브와 상기 볼 나사 기구의 회전부인 나사축을 연결 및 고정하며, 이 나사축의 나사 리드를 상기 스크류의 직경의 1.5배 이상으로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형기.
